Im using 1 kayam tablet daily for 1 year...is it safe for daily long term use??or it has any danger side effect?without it im in trouble and pain...inspite of lot of fiber & water the problem jis same..is it zafe for daily?

You need too address the cause of your constipation which is gut and liver dysfunction. Kayam tablet doesn't address that. Follow HAIP DIET to improve gut and liver health and try and rekkv3 dependence on kayam tablet as it is not recommended to ise it for long duration

You may take triphla Churan or Hartiki churan 1tsf before going to bed. Instead you should change little dietry habits . As follow
1.) As soon as you wake up take Ajwain water + 1 tsf ghee.( 1 tsf of ajwain in 1 glass if water)

( include onions , cucumber, tomatoes, any kind of roots available in market )
3.)During meals take sips of water in between
