Sir, im currently suffering from acute gout attack from yesterday and my uric acid is 9 (3-7 being normal). My left ankle area is very painful and swollen also very stiff, doctor prescribed zycolchin .5mg, indocap sr and febumac 40 but these medicines hv high side effects and would like to switch to ayurvedic medicines that lowers uric acid n relives pain but with zero or minimal side effects. AMH 3.38 and Prolactin is 13.2 LH 10.8 FSH 5.18 I also have PCOD with irregular cycles and bulky ovaries. We have been trying to conceive naturally for one year, and my husband’s semen profile is normal. I follow a healthy lifestyle. I would like guidance on lowering Anti-TPO antibodies, improving ovulation, and increasing the chances of natural conception. Is spontaneous pregnancy possible for me?
