I am having urticaria issue from 6 months When I eat it reacts negatively and it starts is there any cure for this i tried everything but it triggered from each food whatever I eat please suggest

Hi doctor, I am approximately 4–5 weeks pregnant (positive home pregnancy test, period delayed by 5 days). Before I knew I was pregnant, I took Baidyanath Pushpadhanwa Ras and Baidyanath Gandhak Rasayan once daily from 1 July to 10 July for recurrent yeast infection (ayurvedic recommended it to me). I have stopped both medicines. Should I be concerned about the baby and my pregnancy? Can these medicines harm my pregnancy?

I've been suffering from several Pitta problems (elevated IgE level) like heat induced urticaria, excessive body heat, repeated fever of unknown origin (Blood culture report normal), immense thirst, suppressed anger, nocturnal emission etc. Moreover, I also have cold intolerance and therefore feel severe cold in comparison to others during winter seson. For more than 1 year I have been suffering from back and left leg pain and numbness in my leg, I went to a spine surgeon and took an MRI and came to know that I have mild to moderate disc bulge along with nerve compression and prescribed a pain killer, muscle relaxant and supplements for a  month. He asked me not to do any exercise  and only do bed rest.Earlier the pain was more like intense tiredness like pain now the pain which I am having for the last 2 days is like shooting pain going from my buttock to my calf , I don't know if my symptoms are improving or not, I am still getting  pain and numbness, i don't know if I can start the panchkarma or exercise? Please guide me if I can do some simple back exercises? Is it totally curable in ayurveda?
