A ayurvedic practitioner prescribed me stressan tablets plus shatavri + saraswati rishta for treating menopausal anxiety . I am 3.5 years into after menopause state but still have ocd and anxiety. For menopause anxiety and ocd it worked great but saraswati rishta started creating skin rash. So it got replaced with brahmi vati but this combination lacked the calmness i enjoyed with saraswati risht. So i changed stressan tabs and started sumenta + shatavri. I feel very calm yet drowsy since morning as i take the tabs twice just like stressan. But when, earlier I took nexito 5mg a few months before switching to ayurvedic tabs, with sumenta I felt same the nexito kind of drowsy or zombieness . Is sumenta more powerful than stressan?  Should i use it to treat menopausal anxiety?

I my dr given himalaya abana tablet what should be the reason they have given does it given for stress anxiety also as I don't have lipid problem

Hawaiian harde----- eaten 5 to 10. Daily what can be side effects and feet swelling is result of.that ? Please revert

After receiving 5 b12 injections last year,I suffered from severe side effects like headaches,constipation,knee pain etc. in which total inability to sleep at night(couldn't sleep at all or could only sleep for 1-2 hrs sometimes)and passing large volumes of urine at night were the most severe ones.After 7 months,all of the side effects went away and I was also able to sleep at night but the above mentioned urine issue kept on happening on every 3rd or 4th night despite stopping all types of fluids after 6 P.M,which fully disturbed my sleep.I took chandraprabha vati but it caused me urinary retention.I have already been taking melatonin 3mg and it helped me at first but now,it is not working anymore.Now,I can't sleep at night at all,pass large urine volumes at night and have also completely lost my strong memory(I used to remember all the names,faces,dates,meanings from years ago etc.).Please help me.Thank you.

I have hyperacidity with constipation. After taking medicine like Arogyavardhini, Panchsakar, ashwagandharishta my constipation ok but in morning too much acidity which relief by only Omeprazole 20mg. I have taken laghu sutsekhar, shankh bhasm, kamdudha, triphala churn it not provide relief but triphala churn provide hotness in body instead. I 50% relif by Mulethi and Avipattikar only. Can you suggest any medicine empty stomach of baidyanath only. Other don't available here. I have permanent problem i don't want to take allopathy medicine too much.

I am having premature greying of hair.My Father started having grey hair at the age of 30+,my mother started having grey hair at the age of 17 but had only couple of hairs .I am having doubt whether I am getting receding hairline or not .Dr said that only little much and nothing to worry and I compared my photo of front part of hairline 3 yrs ago and compared it from now then there is no as such big difference should and I am having little much dandruff and little much oily scalp . I want to know whether it is possible that my new hair will become less grey or not. And should I continue my dose of medicines

I am under homeopathic medication for my breathing problems. As i feel suffocated often, alternate nose blocks, soreness and dryness in the lower part of my throat due to which i get a choking sensation. I also get pain in my throat if I talk excessively. I go breathless at times as well. I have been given homeopathic medicines for the same but it's not working I don't see any changes in my condition. After i take Levocet m i feel completely normal for 3 to 4 days and later once the effect goes again the symptoms crop up. Please give me a permanent solution and relief. And one more suggestion please can i take Krishna 's ayurvedic juice if there is  any for my symptoms. Please advise.

In depression (primary) or secondary ( due to other factors like inflammation, drug use, withdrawal etc) , loss of sleep, etc, are brain cells killed off or no? In depression due to any reason, is there any death of brain cells? Cognitive power reduces forever? If someone who doesn't have true depression but takes psych meds for years and on stopping, gets withdrawal symptoms that are bad, with headaches and migraines, what happens? Brain is affected permanently or no? Please guide.

I had undergone ksharsutra surgery, my thread was removed on 22nd April. Still I am having light green discharge. Doctor says healing takes 1 year more. Is it right ?

Lst 1-2 month i have neck pain/ neck tightness and sometimes neck pain go to shoulder/hands, due to this dizziness n balance prblm not dizziness like spinning room or anything. But balance problem when walking sometimes feeling like fall on ground I do wfh so 8-12 hours computer / mobile working Currently do some exercises for neck but temporary relief, when bck to my computer work 2-3 hours, same feeling when walking / anything doing.
