Lower abdominal pain radiating to legs
I had chronic fissure & bleeding for 6 years . So I underwent kshara sutra thinking it's less painful. But the thread changing sessions went on for 2 months & even after that there was lot of pain & didn't seem like it was healing. So I underwent another fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. I had followed everything doc had told. I was getting better. But I have had pain & can't manage a day without 2 sitz bath. Moreover even after following all that, I've been having a strange lower abdominal pain & further the whole lower body starts paining. More like pulling & burning .I even have the anal pain. There's no bleeding or pus. But pain.I really have no energy to undergo another surgery. This is my 5th surgery & I have other health probs too. Already lost 20kgs coz of previous surgeries.Feeling more weak now. Also want to mention that in college, i had eaten lot of slate pencils for 3 years. Is that the reason? Now i don't eat. I can't quit my job too. Please help & guide 😭 painful

You have had a prolonged and complicated course, so persistent anal pain 4 months after surgery should not simply be assumed to be normal healing. Please get reviewed by an experienced colorectal/colorectal surgeon to rule out persistent fissure, sphincter spasm, scar-related pain, infection or another pelvic cause. Persistent anal pain warrants examination, and sometimes further evaluation is needed. Your previous slate-pencil consumption is unlikely to explain your current symptoms without other evidence of a related complication. Given the 20-kg weight loss and weakness, please also have your nutrition and general health assessed. You do not necessarily need another surgery—first identify the cause of the pain. Ayurveda can be considered as supportive care after the cause is established. Please consult me with your operative reports and current symptoms so I can guide you appropriately.

You a use a healing hand anoac cream for your fissure and anal pain And in my opinion eating salad alot is not got Because when we dont know about our agni and start eating it may also cause constipation So first fixed your eating time Avoid seating, standing for a long period And don't take solid food after 7 pm talk warm milk at night time
