Frequent urination (15â20 times/day) along with a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying, especially with a previous E. coli-positive urine culture, needs proper evaluation. Persistent symptoms may occur due to residual infection, bladder irritation, or incomplete bladder emptying. If these symptoms are continuing despite treatment, you may consult a physician for further evaluation and individualized management.
Hi,
You can take Tab. Urostine 1-0-1 before food for 30 days.
Tab. Gokshuradi guggulu 2-2-2 before food.
Jeera boiled water for normal drink daily.
As per my assumption you are very thin body person.
Needs consultation for specified treatment

Your symptoms of:
Urinating 15â20 times a day.
Feeling that the bladder is not emptying completely.
A confirmed E. coli urinary tract infection (UTI)
are consistent with an active UTI. These symptoms are most commonly caused by bacterial irritation of the bladder, but they can also persist if the infection has not completely cleared or if there is another underlying problem such as bladder inflammation, urinary retention, prostate enlargement (in men), stones, or uncontrolled diabetes.
E. coli is a bacterial infection that usually requires appropriate antibiotic treatment. Ayurveda can play a supportive role in improving urinary health and reducing recurrence, as untreated infection can spread to the kidneys and become serious.
Next Steps
Since you mention that your health has worsened despite antibiotics, you must consult us to rule out any other associated factor. Health Tips
Drink adequate water unless you have been advised to restrict fluids. Do not hold urine for long periods. Maintain good genital hygiene. Avoid excessive caffeine, alcohol, and very spicy foods if they worsen urinary urgency. Complete the prescribed antibiotic course unless your doctor advises otherwise. Thank you
In Ayurveda, a persistent E. coli Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) associated with high frequency (15–20 times/day) and incomplete bladder emptying correlates primarily mutrakriccha (dysuria/painful urination) and mutraghata (urinary retention/obstruction) driven by pitta vatta imbalance.
When antibiotic therapy fails or symptoms deteriorate post-treatment, it often indicates unaddressed gut dysbiosis, or secondary obstruction (e.g., urolithiasis or prostatic involvement)
