Chronic Kidney Infection (UTI with E. Coli) – Ayurvedic Approach ✅ Since antibiotics are not giving full relief, Ayurveda can help eliminate infection, strengthen kidneys, and restore digestion. 1. Ayurvedic Medicines for Kidney Health & Infection: ✅ Chandraprabha Vati (2 tabs twice daily) – Anti-infective & kidney tonic. ✅ Punarnavadi Kwath (20 ml twice daily) – Reduces swelling & improves kidney function. ✅ Gokshuradi Guggulu (2 tabs twice daily) – Flushes out bacteria & prevents reinfection. ✅ Varunadi Kwath (20 ml twice daily) – Helps clear urinary obstruction & infection. 2. Home Remedies for Quick Recovery: ✅ Barley Water (2–3 glasses daily) – Natural diuretic to flush out infection. ✅ Coconut Water & Cranberry Juice – Prevents bacterial growth. ✅ Jeera (Cumin) + Dhaniya (Coriander) + Saunf (Fennel) Water – Supports digestion & kidney detox. 3. Diet & Lifestyle Adjustments: 🚫 Avoid: Spicy, oily, high-protein, and processed foods. ✅ Include: Warm water, buttermilk, fresh fruits, and alkaline foods (cucumber, bottle gourd). ✅ Stay Hydrated (3 liters daily) & Urinate Frequently to flush out bacteria. ✅ Mild Walking & Yoga (Bhujangasana, Pawanmuktasana) – Improves digestion & kidney health. Next Steps: 🔹 Follow Ayurvedic treatment for 4–6 weeks to eliminate infection completely. 🔹 If no improvement, consider further urine culture & kidney function tests. ✅ Ayurveda provides a long-term cure without side effects!
