Good you raised Q remotely, it shows care, though pic isn't clear but can be noted 2 different conditions 1 white patch may be dhobi's itch i.e. fungal infection and another is swelling less likely to be corn but needed to be examined locally and investigations will rule out any systemic concerns like Sugar/dislipidemia/ and nutritional status 3rd dark nails share the person is ignorant about personal health and hygiene or dependant so Plz take her to at least ur family dr

Picture not clear. Is it painful when apply pressure?? If it was infection,  then must have increased drastically.. Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts..
