Hi dnt take septiline tab regular,follow my I instructions 1)drink plenty of water , tender coconut 2) avoid spicy , oily , junk food3)dnt use common tolets 4) proper sleep 5)maintain personal hygiene (wash your private organs after passing urine and motion)

Hello, instead of starting single medicine therapy I will recommend you Complete treatment for that you need to visit ayurvedic doctors nearby or online.
