I have been recently diagnosed with gastritis and uti can I take Himalaya ashwagandha as an supplement??

You can take Ashwagandha as a supplement but in less quantity as it may aggravate gastritis.

Hello dear, don't take Ashwagandha,U can take Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabera) water twice a day before meals,Tab Amlant Maharshi Ayurveda 2 tabs bid after meals, NEERI SYP 2 tsf bid with water,
