Considering pitta try to avoid too hot, heavy, sour and salty food items. Try to follow the traditional food items of your place.  Stay hydrated.Medicated water like dhaniya water jeera water may be used. Try food items which are nourishing, that support digestion without increasing body weight. Spicy,fried items,processed foods caffine etc aggravates pitta. Focus on hydrating fruits and drinks ( oranges, pineapple, pomegranate, coconut water) 4. chia seeds, flax seeds soaked overnight in water and drink it daily about 1.5 ltrs/day 5. Hello sir You have to start following Dinacharya that is waking up before sunrise drinking warm water with little cinnamon powder ,taking first rays of sun doing meditation for few minutes and then eating wholesome foods light food for breakfast Taking fruits in between Avoid junk spicy foods Eat a balanced meal for lunch with veggies and sprouts with some rice eggs Evening have Makhana roasted or dry fruits little Drink lot of water in between Night dinner should be light and it should be before 8 One roti or some sabji eggs Don’t watch mobile one hour before sleep Do some breathing exercise for few minutes Sleep by 10 If u want detailed please connect to me
