Dandruff and hairfall.
Since 2 months im suffering from dandruff and hairfall issues and also due to antibiotics given in the past to cure my pneumonia i suddenly saw that i have got 2 to 3 strands of white hair. It makes me very much anxious since I've tried lots of herbal remedies and even applied hair oils yet nothing helped me to cure it permanently. Its causing me so much pressure that im not even able to sleep properly at night and even get nightmares that how will I survive with such new problems at this young age and also I've been working day and night outside thats causing my skin to get tanner than before. The work load and family issues are taking a lot of toll altogether that im not able to understand what type of medicines will help me thats why please tell me a good treatment for the same.

Namaste.... As you have mentioned in the history of taking antibiotics, so this is reversible . Now you have stopped taking antibiotics it may take 3 -4 months to reverse the situation on its own . But still if you add a few things in your diet it will help in improving your condition.
Next Steps
Take seasonal fruits and vegetables. Eat at least 1-2 amla daily. Do massage on your head with desi ghee. Do head wash by using mustard oil mixed curd
Health Tips
Avoid fried and junk food . Avoid shampoo full of chemicals go for organic or home made shampoo

You may be feeling stressed due to pneumonia recovery, antibiotic side effects, work pressure, and family issues. This can affect your body and mind. In Ayurveda, hair and skin health reflect your internal balance. Sudden grey hair, hair fall, and anxiety show an imbalance in Pitta (heat) and Vata (air/movement) doshas. Antibiotics may increase Pitta , and stress worsens Vata , causing insomnia and weak hair. Foods to avoid • Spicy foods like chillies • Excessive sour foods such as pickles and tamarind • Fermented foods like sour idli/dosa batter • Too much tea or coffee These increase body heat. Foods to eat • Cooling foods: cucumber, melons, coconut water, and ghee • Drink water stored in a copper vessel help detoxify the liver from antibiotics • Drink 20ml fresh Amla juice every morning on an empty stomach It cools the body and helps reduce the heat from antibiotics Managing hair fall, dandruff, and greying • Use Nasya (Nasal Drops) : • Put 2 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril before sleeping or in the morning nasya is often more effective than oiling for grey hair

Hello, It appears that the issue you're experiencing may be related to anxiety and stress. If you haven’t already tried it, you can apply Dhurdhurapatradi oil to the scalp one hour before your hair wash, on alternate days. Additionally, taking Amla juice early in the morning on a daily basis can help support hair health and overall wellness.
Next Steps
If this doesn't fend well, get in touch
Health Tips
Eat freshly prepared, warm, and nourishing food; avoid excess coffee, junk food, and late eating, as they aggravate stress and hair fall. Sleep before 10:30 PM, as hair regeneration and hormonal balance happen during deep sleep. Practice 10–15 minutes of pranayama daily — especially Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari — to calm the mind and support hair growth. Stay hydrated and include iron- and protein-rich foods like dates, sesame, moong dal, coconut, and leafy greens.
