Hairfall can be cause of increased Pitta /Vata Dosha in your body, we need to evaluate the reason for the same. Dandruff, tight hairstyles, less oiling/nourishment to scalp, blood circulation issues , stress can also be the reason.
Next Steps
start oiling your hair atleast 2-3 times a week.. keep it over night and wash

yoga and meditation help

“Hi, it’s good that your reports are all normal. Hairfall with dullness often points more towards digestion and nutrition issues rather than only vitamins. In Ayurveda, we always connect hair health with your agni (digestion) and overall balance of doshas. Since you’ve noticed average digestion in the same period as your hairfall, that link is important. The treatment usually involves correcting digestion, improving nutrient absorption, and then giving specific herbs/oils for hair strength. The right plan depends on your prakriti and daily routine, so best would be to book a consult with me—I’ll check details and guide you with a step-by-step plan for both digestion and healthy hair regrowth.”

Got it 👍 thanks for explaining clearly. You are 25, your tests (thyroid, Vit D, B12) are normal, but since monsoon you developed **hair fall + dull hair + average digestion**. Let’s break it down: --- ### 1. Why it’s happening * **Seasonal factor (monsoon)** → Vata + Kapha aggravation → weak digestion (**Agni**) → more **ama (toxins)** → affects hair roots. * **Hair health = reflection of digestion (Agni) & nutrition absorption** in Ayurveda. * Even with normal reports, if food is not digested well → nutrients don’t reach hair → hair becomes weak & falls. --- ### 2. Ayurvedic Approach #### **A. Improve Digestion (Root Treatment)** * Drink **warm water** instead of cold. * Take **jeera + ajwain + saunf tea** after meals. * Avoid heavy, oily, fried food especially in the evening. * Take **1 tsp ***powder with warm water at night** (mild detox, improves digestion & clears ama). * Include **buttermilk with roasted jeera** in lunch. #### **B. Nutrition for Hair** * **Til (black sesame seeds)**, **soaked almonds**, **soaked raisins**, **dates** → nourish hair. * Use **cow’s ghee (1–2 tsp daily)** for better absorption & hair shine. * Methi (fenugreek) soaked overnight → chew in morning. #### **C. External Hair Care** * Oil scalp 2–3 times a week with *****oil / ***oil** (warm before applying). * Wash hair with mild herbal shampoo (avoid harsh chemicals). * Once a week: apply **hair mask** (methi powder + aloe vera gel + curd). --- ### 3. Lifestyle Tips * Sleep before 11 pm → hair follicles repair at night. * Reduce stress (meditation / pranayama like anulom-vilom, bhramari). * Avoid excessive coffee/tea. --- ### 4. Useful Ayurvedic Medicines (general, to discuss with a vaidya) * *****churna / capsules** – internal hair tonic. * *****Rasayan** – antioxidant, nourishes hair & digestion. * ******* – for digestion & detox. --- ✅ If you start digestion-correcting remedies + external oiling, usually hair fall reduces in **4–6 weeks**. Would you like me to suggest a **complete 1-month home regimen (diet + herbal support + hair oiling schedule)** so you can follow step by step? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

Why this may be happening: 1. Seasonal shedding (monsoon effect): • It’s common to lose 50–100 hairs daily, but during monsoon many people notice increased shedding due to humidity, scalp sweating, and mild infections. 2. Digestion issues: • Poor gut health → poor nutrient absorption → weaker hair growth. • Even if your vitamins are normal, if digestion is sluggish, micronutrient absorption (like zinc, iron, biotin, protein) can still be affected. 3. Lifestyle changes: • Stress, irregular sleep, or sudden dietary changes can worsen hair fall and dullness. 1. For Digestion & Absorption • Take probiotics (curd, buttermilk, homemade pickles, sauerkraut, kefir). • Eat fiber-rich foods (fruits, vegetables, flaxseed, chia seeds). • Drink warm water after meals, avoid excess tea/coffee. • If constipation/gas is common → try Triphala at night or Isabgol husk with warm water. 2. For Hair Nourishment • Diet: • Include protein daily (paneer, dal, sprouts, quinoa, soy, milk). • Nuts & seeds mix (almond, walnut, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, chia) – rich in omega-3 and zinc. • Leafy greens and beetroot for iron.
Next Steps
I suggest you Hair PRP its a Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy PRP can stimulate hair growth and improve hair thickness in individuals with thinning hair or hair loss. PRP contains growth factors that stimulate the hair follicles to produce new hair
