Low levels of Vitamin D
Hi doc, how can I increase my vitamin D levels other than sun bathing, plz suggest some home remedies n ayurvedic medicine to increase my vit D levels...

For faster result you can go for vit D injections intramuscular... But for permanent cure i need your proper case taking so that root cause for deficiency can be resolved

Yes there are so many natural sources for Vitamin D like Mushrooms, egg yolk, milk products like yogurt. You can go for Patanjali's Nutrela chewable tab.
