Avoid intake of sodium salts,common salt,fastfoods,bakeryfoods,spicy oily foods. Avoid tomato,brinjal,redmeat,nuts,fish. Eat cooked vegetables with high fibres. Boil 50 gms of coriander leaves in 100 ml water.reduce to 1/4.drink the decanted water. Do it for 5 days.
