B12 and d definitely deficiency
How vitamin b12 and d deficiency can be cured through Ayurveda? Am suffering from IBS since 5 years..I don't want to take the allopathic tablets I won't feel comfortable with it..

Vitamin deficiency is due to IBS problem.IBS is affecting absorption of nutrients. First treat it with consultation of Ayurvedic doctor. Start 45 min walking exercises.

Take bland diet . Avoid spicy foods,maida & heavy meal. Try to have your dinner between 6 --7pm. Start taking home made  fresh buttermilk with cumin seed powder after lunch.

Due to IBS, there is malabsorption and due to this there is nutrient deficiency. Hence you need to correct digestion. Ayurveda plays a very important role in digestive disorders. Once controlled , the intestinal health is restored which will help you to correct B12 and D deficiency.
