Vitamin b12
Can i take vitamin b12 injection for 3 times every 15 days once. Recently I had done vamana and virechana. One Ayurveda doctor suggested me to take inj meganeuron. Will it help my digestive system more healthy. Kindly suggest. When i check my vitamin b12 it seems border. Value.

hello, you know 70 % of indians have low b12 . dont go for test again till then if you have any symptoms . generally doctor recommend to get done test & take injections . avoid that . instead of that improve your diet & lifestyle to boost formation of b 12 & other essential nutritions .
