B12 & Vitamin D
My B 12(150) & vitamin D(20) is low. Is there any safe supplement, I can take. I am a breastfeeding Mom of 1.5 year old. Thanks in advance.

Don't  worry. For vitamin D sit in sun light daily. You can start geriforte with milk 2 tablet at night before sleep.

Hello, Your levels are very low. Better to take injection neurobion ( vitamin B12) and vit D in nearby clinic/ hospital it will get it to normal after which you can take tablets for a few months. No need to stress but your nutrition should be good so your baby also grows well.

The lower level of vitamin D after pregnancy is normal. The symptoms you may experience are hair fall more than normal, malaise , mood swings It will get normal on its own way in 3 to 4 months But if you want to take Ayurvedic supplement to tackle this problem You may consult .
