Your ultrasound findingsâ**a simple ovarian cyst on the right, a heterogeneous cyst with thin septation on the left, and early features of Adenomyosisâgenerally point toward a functionalâhormonal imbalance rather than an aggressive pathology. In premenopausal women, such cysts are often cycle-dependent and may regress over time, especially when symptoms are mild as in your case (short cycles, minimal bleeding, bloating). From an Ayurvedic standpoint, this reflects a VataâKapha imbalance affecting the reproductive channels (Artava Vaha Srotas), with early tissue changes contributing to adenomyosis.
Regarding herbs, there is no single âstandalone cure,â but certain classical plants are traditionally used as part of a structured formulation:
These are not meant to be taken in isolation or randomly. Because you also have early adenomyosis changes, the approach must be balancedâsupporting hormone regulation, improving pelvic circulation, and preventing progression, rather than focusing only on cyst resolution.
Next Steps
At this stage, your condition is stable and manageable, so the priority is early, consistent correction rather than aggressive intervention. Observe your menstrual pattern over the next cyclesâduration, flow, and associated symptoms like bloating or discomfort. Maintain regularity in your daily routine, as hormonal rhythm is closely linked with lifestyle discipline. Health Tips
Your daily habits will significantly influence the course of this condition. Prefer warm, freshly prepared, light-to-digest meals, and avoid excessive cold, processed, or heavy foods that aggravate Kapha. Reduce refined sugar and maintain a balanced intake of natural fats. Support digestion (Agni) by keeping regular meal timings and avoiding overeating. Incorporate gentle exercise, yoga, and walking to enhance pelvic circulation and reduce bloating. Avoid prolonged sitting and manage stress, as both can disturb Vata and affect menstrual balance. Ensure adequate sleep and a consistent routine, as stability in lifestyle is key to gradually correcting hormonal imbalance and preventing progression of early-stage gynecological conditions. Thank you

âOvarian cysts and early adenomyosis need a structured approach rather than single herbs. Ayurveda can help in regulating hormones and reducing cyst tendency, but treatment depends on your cycle pattern, digestion and dosha imbalance. Avoid self-medication. Please consult me with reports so I can guide you with the right medicines and plan.â
