Based on the history, the most likely cause is •Hormonal immaturity (anovulatory cycle) As the ' hypothalamic–pituitary–ovarian axis'  is still stabilizing at this age, which can result in prolonged but non-heavy bleeding. The 15-day duration of periods may also have caused mild Anemia, due to prolonged blood loss, leading to body pain . From an Ayurvedic perspective, prolonged bleeding causes Rakta kshaya, resulting in Vata aggravation, which manifests as body ache and weakness. Basic investigations •CBC (especially hemoglobin), •Serum ferritin (for iron level) •Thyroid profile  •Pelvic USG( if bleeding does not stop or recurs.) Dietary care  - Warm, nourishing home made food, Avoid junk, bakery, & cold items,  Start ghee in small quantity.  Start bhramari pranayama Asan- bhujangasan, setu bandhanasan, balasan Aftert reports - 1.Ashokarishta 10 ml twice daily with equal lukewarm water - (helps regulate cycles,) 2. Lohasava( if anemia is present) 3.Dashamoola Kashaya( for body pain.)
