Hello, thank you for sharing your detailed symptoms.
Persistent itching, nasal congestion, popping ears, insomnia, and mental restlessness can all be signs of underlying imbalances in your body’s doshas—most likely aggravated Kapha and Pitta—and impaired detoxification (Ama) and blood impurity (Rakta dushti).
Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to address these issues by:
• Detoxifying your system gently through Panchakarma or blood purification therapies
• Using herbal medicines to balance doshas and soothe the skin and respiratory tract
• Supporting restful sleep and calming the mind with specific herbs and lifestyle practices
• Dietary and lifestyle adjustments to reduce allergens, inflammation, and mental stress
While Ayurveda can help reduce and potentially resolve these symptoms over time, a permanent cure requires consistent treatment tailored to your unique constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti).
I recommend a personal consultation to design a comprehensive treatment plan including medicines, external therapies, diet, and mental health support to bring lasting relief and restore your vitality.
Wishing you strength and healing,
— Dr. Arisha
