Morning time calm and night better sleep
Sir ,Madam, I have been under Ativan 2mg medication for 6 years for insomnia and Anxeity. Tried withdraw multiple times,but had many issues. Tried 2 years with homeopathy(consultation) along with Ativan, but causing drowsiness in morning and sometimes sleep disturbances. Homeopathy medicines kept calming and helped on managing irritable, but same time causing drowsiness and causing slow down in the work. So wanted to look for non addiction medicines from Ayurveda. Looking for Morning time calm and freshness and active. Night time better sleep and should not flare gastric.Should not cause heat.Please review and suggest, if any such alternative, I can consult and explain the medical history. Start taking Stresnil tab(Nagarjuna)-0-0-1 with warm milk,Manasmitra gutika-1-0-1 with warm water and for gastric issues take avipatikari churna-2gms with warm water and dizomap tab-2-0-2 with food bout for 15 days.
Health Tips
Drink buttermilk adding a pinch of hing in it daily for gastric issues. Practise meditation and yoga and listen music.

Stop medicine slowly not immediately.you can start ashvgandha 2 tab twice a day with lukewarm water.

avoid spicy, junkfood, processed , oilyhotfood, nonveg, sugar, fried food .eat healthy diet, drink plenty of water.eat early meal easy to digest before sleep,.drink turmeric milk at night.

Tb Ativan (lorazepam) should NEVER be stopped suddenly. withdrawal must be slow, planned,& superwised

Start  •Daily meditation (10–15 min) •Anulom Vilom / Bhramari (gentle, no force) •Trataka in evening  •Padabhyanga with warm coconut oil at night  •Fixed sleep time Take Light, warm, homemade food Avoid coffee, late dinner, spicy food Avoid all types of junk foods, excessive non veg foods, try to avoid alcohol & smoking. Avoid aerated drinks.

Next Steps
Stop taking Ativan. Instead of Ativan tablet you can take Tab .Ashwagandha 250 mg ,1 tab daily  before sleep at night for 30 days. Bramhi Ghrit 1/2 table spoon on empty stomach in the morning with warm water.(If you don't have a digestion issue) for 30 days.
Health Tips
To balance your vata and pitta dosha you should take the treatment of panchakarma. Do Exercise daily for 1/2 to 1 hour. Do Yoga and Pranayam daily. Anulom vilom,Bhramari must do daily. Meditation for 5-10 min daily. Eat fresh,warm food. Fruits and vegetables you should eat daily. Avoid caffeine, alcohol,dry foods, fast foods. Take your lunch and dinner on time. Try to take dinner before 7pm. Sleep before 10pm. Do improvement in your lifestyle.
