Due to career related issue , I chewed tobacco for 1 year later I stopped once I got good job , now after getting job I stayed clean , from past 4 months i smoke daily cigerette 5-6 a day and now a pack , now left it due to fear of cancer as few people in my family had it and died from it , now I stopped smoking completely no bad habits now except I don't exercise, I heard go mutra prevent cancer and also I need to know if any medicine and food instructions available in ayurveda to prevent cancer and lead healthy life I'm really scared please help me with correct diet and medicines

Hello, First of all stop thinking negative. You are totally fine , start practising yoga and pranayama. Indulge yourself in some kind of physical activity , whichever you want to . Spend time with friends and family. Avoid eating junk food . Start taking Brahmi tablet 1-1 and put Anu Tail in both nostrils 2-2 drops early morning . This will relax your mind and control your stress and anxiety . Avoid tobacco , smoking or any sort of tobacco containing substance. Hope this will help you. Eat home prepared meals ,(light easily digestible) , Do fasting 1 day in a week ( can eat fruits or water during fast ).
