Haven't described about delivery normal or cesarean. Was ther any complications or when was the delivery. Need to know your body type. Dasamularista is commonly used during post partum care. But the initial care should be within 15days lest any complications. The health of new born also matters. The type of food you are taking at present etc.
You can use Dashmool decoction after delivery because it helps strengthen the uterus, and it is also very beneficial if you develop a fever.
However, if you have a Pitta-dominant constitution, or if you experience mouth ulcers or watery, burning stools, then you should avoid using it.
