Haven't described about delivery normal or cesarean. Was ther any complications or when was the delivery.  Need to know your body type. Dasamularista is commonly used during post partum care. But the initial care should be within 15days lest any complications. The health of new born also matters. The type of food you are taking at present etc.

You can use Dashmool decoction after delivery because it helps strengthen the uterus, and it is also very beneficial if you develop a fever. However, if you have a Pitta-dominant constitution, or if you experience mouth ulcers or watery, burning stools, then you should avoid using it.

You can start taking dashamularishta after 40 days post delivery. Not immediately. Take 20ml and after meals twice with lukewarm water. Yes you can even take Balant kadha together with it.

You can take Dashmoolarishta just after delivery in a dose of 15ml twice a day with Luke warm water. Balant kadha can also be taken after delivery. For first 10 days no 1 has to be taken, for 11-20 days no 2 has to be taken, for 20-60th day no3 to be taken. 15-20 mL would be the appropriate dose.
Next Steps
Before taking any medicine please undergo a detailed consultation with an ayurvedic expert.
