There's nothing serious or to be worried about. Your reports suggest PCOD, which is a common condition in young women and can be managed very well. With a few lifestyle changes, such as eating a healthy balanced diet, exercising regularly, and maintaining proper sleep, your hormones can gradually come back to normal. You can also take support from Ayurvedic medicines that help in balancing hormones and improving ovarian function. The rise in LH seen in your report is a usual finding in PCOD and not something dangerous. With consistent care, your periods will become regular, and your hormonal imbalance will improve naturally over time.
Next Steps
The best cure is through lifestyle changes — eat healthy, avoid junk and sugary foods, exercise 30–45 minutes daily, sleep well, and manage stress. Along with this, Ayurvedic medicines like Kanchanar Guggulu 2-2-2, Ashokarishta 2tsp -0-0 help balance hormones and reduce cysts. Myo-inositol + D-chiro-inositol supplements (Ayurvedic or herbal versions) can help regulate ovulation.
Health Tips
It is advisable to run a test HbA1c, fasting insulin and TSH also once
