Frequent cycles could be due to pelvic infections, polyps etc. Why do u take regesterone? It's a hormone pill and u can get side effects. Do an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Need to know details like ur marital status, whether u have any white discharge per vaginum, lower abdominal pain etc. Take a consultation for proper guidance.
