Can I take KAKLARAKSHAK YOG tablets and elctroxin 50mcg both for thyroid and irregular periods? Any side affects if i take both ? And Patanjali Aloe Vera ? Can I take ?

Hello Ma'am don't worry,Even U can take both medicines at gap of 15 minutes but it is better than Take only one pathy to find positive results of pathy either allopathy or Ayurveda,Do Uchchayi pranayam, Suryanamaskar Sarvangasana, kapalbhanti Bhastrika pranayam etc
