Ayuveda has a certain line of treatment for infertility linked to hormonal issues. Firstly Panchakarma treatment and along with it internal medication as well is needed.
Just taking m2tone and hyponidd is not enough as they cannot address the hormonal imbalance completely. Detailed consultation & treatment from an Ayurveda expert will help you to achieve your goals
Next Steps
For the time being just start taking Phalagruta 1 tspn half hr before both the meals. you do need other medication as well .
You go to near by Panchakarma center and do vaman after that take ayurvedic medicine

Dear Irregular periods indicate ,Hormone Imbalance .First you need to check Prolactin, FSH Hormones levels. Also Abdomino-Pelvic ultrasonography, would help us to know the exact underlying cause for irregular periods.
Next Steps
Hyponidd capsules and M2 tone will regulate the hormones.Complete Detoxification would be best when your planning for pregnancy.
