Irregular periods and dashmularsishta
I never get my periods on time. I donot have pcod. And i am not pregnant. I am overweight. Can i get my periods on time if i am taking dashmularishta 10 days before the due date? My due date is on 25th of march. I started taking dashmularsishta from yesterday. Will it help? Will i get my periods within the due date if i am taking dashmularsishta.

The cause for the delayed periods has to be found out by taking a detailed history. Panchbhautik chikitsa will be of great help in this.

Yes you can take dashmoolarishta...as there is no side effect taking it! But we can't say that taking only one medicine can help you as your condition might be different from others hence detail symptoms knowledge will be needed! Ayurveda medication differ with different body types! Consult first and get proper treatment

U need consultation and proper investigations. Dasamoolarishta is a general tonic ,it may not help alone in ur problem.

If you are overweight then do skipping daily tor 20 to 25 min. Eat half plate of papaya 3 or 4 times in a week. :- you have to do the complete course of dashmoolarisht. :- you can also drink tulsi water 2 or 3 times in a week. If you follow these steps for two months then your periods comes on time and regular.

Great to note ur trust with Ayurveda n it's medicines. Really appreciate your Vivid discription about current status. This Is the age when every girl must be fit from core to lead at every front with clear mind. Balanced diet exercises along with Do n don't i.e. Ritukal pericharya to be followed with Dina/ Ratri charya . Ritu sandhi kala shuddhi and Rasayan. Dashmula Rasayan or Alcoholic Arishtham can be take for this time but don't make it routine. Avoid oil/milk n it's products prior 8 days menses date.

get screened for thyroid function as well if u or ur mom/sister is over weight or sedentary lifestyle
