Hi doctor, I have taken many antibiotics and pain killer because of recurrent viral infection and diarrhea Now I am having bad gut health please suggest me ayurvedic tonic to cure gut linning

It might be because of aggravated pitta disha in gut resulting in hyperacidity and increased gut motility Take avipattikar churan 3 gm with lukewarm water before meals twice a day. Tab amlapittantak ras 2 tab twice before meals with lukewarm water

Condition suggests: As ur symptoms are not clearly mentioned, bad gut may suggest loss of hunger, sometimes diarrhea , nature of stool is very imp to identify the gut condition.( Which is not clearly mentioned here) Remedies: 1. Consult Ayurvedic physician & discuss about ur clinic condition clearly. 2.Avoid junk food, outside food, maida products. 3. Make a habit of taking buttermilk ( not tooo thick) added with pinch of Hingu or jeera powder before meals 100ml. 4. With consultant opinion u may start taking Pindasava ( after discussing with ur physician).
