Your stomach is upset, but I need to know your complete history to understand the exact cause. There are many medicines I could suggest, but they may not benefit you without proper diagnosis. Ayurveda is a science that works strictly according to its principles.
For now, even without medicines, you can start improving your lifestyle and you will begin to feel better naturally.

It might be because of aggravated pitta disha in gut resulting in hyperacidity and increased gut motility
Take avipattikar churan 3 gm with lukewarm water before meals twice a day.
Tab amlapittantak ras 2 tab twice before meals with lukewarm water
Condition suggests: As ur symptoms are not clearly mentioned, bad gut may suggest loss of hunger, sometimes diarrhea , nature of stool is very imp to identify the gut condition.( Which is not clearly mentioned here)
Remedies:
1. Consult Ayurvedic physician & discuss about ur clinic condition clearly.
2.Avoid junk food, outside food, maida products.
3. Make a habit of taking buttermilk ( not tooo thick) added with pinch of Hingu or jeera powder before meals 100ml.
4. With consultant opinion u may start taking Pindasava ( after discussing with ur physician).
Ok noted, thanks for sharing clearly, and trust shown with ayurvedic medicine and dr Satish.
Hopefully you are under ur Drs observations and follow up.
Else stop self medication
* Ur condition needs proper diagnosis....
* Viral infection + Diarrhoea
* Whether with mucus ie., we have to check Ur AMA, AGNI, BALA OF THE DISEASE AND THE PATIENT in such conditions.
* Ama - Presence of mucus
* Agni - Whether it is low or high or sometimes low and sometimes high
* Bala - Strength of the patient and the disease
Based on all these conditions, your disease can be diagnosed and treated as per diagnosis.
Need to take detoxy ur gut ,few tests should be done ,take probiotics ,avipatikarChurna 5gm 2bd with lukewarm water ,sneha basti can be done after one consultation.
Its common to face adverse side effects of antibiotics especially in digestive system. You need to detoxify your gut. For that start taking probiotics such as curd, peya(rice water),Triphala churna ½ spoon before bed and you may start taking dizomap tab twice daily for 1 month.
Repeated antibiotics can disturb gut flora and lining, leading to poor digestion. Ayurveda helps restore gut health with herbs, ghee-based formulations, and diet correction. Medicines like mild deepana-pachana herbs and gut-healing tonics are effective but should be personalized. I suggest you consult me for the right Ayurvedic plan.
