Due to frequent diarrhea zinc deficiency occur ,and as you said you use many  antibiotics gut flora is also affected, sime microvilli  are also affected due to recurrent diarrhea which ultimately leads weak absorption of food and nutrients . So you must take zinc supplement ( natural source rice water aka maand )  and prebiotics like banana & probiotics like buttermilk .It will help to correct your gut flora
