Hello You need to get it diagnosed completely; only gas and burps are symptoms. Mean while it’s are time of weather change and detoxification will help Empty stomach take 1 tomato with 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder and 1/4 teaspoon black salt; eat and drink 1 glass of warm water with it . Do it for 25 days continuously. This will help your gut to be healthy and fine

Eat healthy foods and follow healthy food habits. Never skip meals. Keep proper time between each meal Include fibre rich foods Drink plenty of water Reduce the use of spicy and oily foods. Especially foods with red chillies. Maintain proper sleep and bowel habits.

First u please confirm your proper meal time and all. Never ever skip Breakfast and Never ever delay your Dinner. Avoid spicy foods and Reduce Non Veg Food. Don’t take non veg food in night. There are so many medicines available to get rid of ur issues but the prime importance should be given on Food and Food habits
