Nasal polyps are a sign of inflammation and surgery is not its cure.  The best remedy for that is jal neti with neti salt done morning and evening before sunset. Also, following HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda will help to improve liver function along with reducing phlegm, and inflammation in the body which are the root cause of your problems. You can also do a Free HAIP Autoimmune Analysis to check if the issue is due to some hidden allergies which can be easily tackled with HAIP DIET.
Next Steps
Do Jal Neti and follow HAIP DIET

Nasal polyps are usually stubborn and tend to recur, that’s why allopathy often suggests surgery. Since you don’t want surgery, Ayurveda and yoga therapies can help control symptoms and reduce size over time. Oils like Anu tail, Shadbindu oil with Nasya (under supervision), along with Jal neti are good. Internal medicines like Kanchanar guggulu, Haridra khanda, Sitopaladi churna, Trikatu are usually given. But long-term, consistent treatment is required.

Health Tips
Avoid cold drinks, curd, ice creams, and very sour foods. • Use warm water for drinking and inhalation. • Steam inhalation with turmeric or ajwain once daily helps. • Pranayama (especially Anulom Vilom and Bhramari) improves nasal airflow.
