It is structural deformity.it can not be corrected by Yoga. But nasal blockage due to deviation and hypertrophied turbinates can be treated by Nasya karma with Anu taila and oral medications and yoga like Pranayama.

A deviated nasal septum (DNS) and inferior turbinate hypertrophy can cause nasal blockage, breathing difficulty, and sinus issues. While Shadbindu Taila is beneficial, incorporating Yoga and Pranayama can further improve nasal airflow and reduce congestion. Effective Yoga & Pranayama for DNS & Turbinate Hypertrophy: 1. Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) ✅ Anulom-Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing) – Helps open nasal passages and balance airflow. Close one nostril, inhale deeply, switch nostrils, and exhale. Repeat 10–15 minutes daily. ✅ Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath) – Reduces nasal inflammation and improves airflow. Inhale deeply and exhale while making a humming sound. Do 5–7 rounds. ✅ Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath) – Clears mucus and strengthens nasal muscles. Forceful exhalations through the nose for 2–5 minutes. Avoid if severe blockage or sinusitis. 2. Yoga Asanas (Postures) ✅ Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) – Opens chest and improves nasal airflow. ✅ Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) – Enhances circulation to the sinuses. ✅ Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog Pose) – Improves nasal drainage and relieves congestion. Additional Tips: Continue Shadbindu Oil – Use 2 drops in each nostril daily. Steam Inhalation – Add eucalyptus oil for better relief. Stay Hydrated – Drink warm water to reduce nasal dryness. Regular practice for 2–3 months can improve nasal airflow and reduce symptoms.
