Jal neti kriya for deviated septum
I am trying jal neti ..but every time water come out through same nostril..and when i try to correct it i have a big pain near temple area and my head becomes so heavy..what should i do...will i be not able to do it due to deviated septum

You will be able to do it, provided you learn it with a teacher. There is a way in which you have to hold the head while pouring the water.
