I would like to know know your marital status at first ,
Mild hormonal imbalance (FSH 6.4, LH 9.44) suggests early PCOS; TSH 6.6 indicates mild hypothyroidism - both can cause irregular periods, pelvic pain, bloating, and fatigue.
Next Steps
If sexually active, do a pregnancy test first.
If negative, try natural remedies (roasted garlic, jaggery with ginger) or Rajapravartini Vati 2 tabs thrice daily after doctor's advice to induce periods.
For ongoing PCOS and thyroid care, consult a doctor

The hormonal imbalance has to be brought to harmony first of all, which needs an effort. Not only medication is gonna help in bringing that natural flow
Hi dear... Glad that you did your test.... First n foremost did u start kanchanar guggul after being prescribed by a doc?
Never self medicate. Even though we use Kanchanar for thyroid imbalance we need to know many things
Please follow HAIP DIET and give more details like weight height etc. The diet will help in correcting hormones and reducing inflammation. If you are over weight try to build up a stamina for walking 1 hour in a day.

Hi, today lot of females, right from puberty are developing PCOD, I have been treating these case for past 20 years or more. As PCOD is a complex and recurring problem and there are other parameters to be checked like - your monthly periods and how the cycle is, menstrual bleeding days or., normal, scanty or heavy , weight gain, unwanted hair growth, acne, dark patches on neck etc
Get your whole abdomen and pelvic scan done based on that I can recommend medicines.
Pelvic pain is called dysmorphia, this might be due to hormones or due to internal growths like adenomyosis or some times functional cysts rapidly grow or endometrial growths
If it's PCOD treatment might take long but effective
But if there are internal growths then frequently watching or surgically removing is final solution
You can consult me online or offline line for suggestion or treatment
Hi,pls do USG sonograpy also and take Varunadi kashayam 15 ml 2bd with Kanchanara guggulu 2 bd and pushyanugachurnam 5gm 2bd with lukewarm water for 1 month if not reduced consult me personally
Hello,
With all the blood tests.. please consider getting your Sonography done. To rule out any simple cyst or any other cause.
If you are having history of PCOS then menstrual irregularities is a common problem. Please see for your BMI and work towards it as well
Your cyst is quite bigger. Just kanchnar guggulu doesnt work for such cysts and irregular menstruation. Start taking Pushyanug churna-3gms(BD),Lodhra churna-2gms(OD) and cyclovarin cap.-2-0-2 for 15 days. If it still doesnt recover then consult me personally.
