Your gut microbiome has disrupted due to antibiotics annd anti parasitic drugs due to which you are getting these symtoms. You need to switch to HAIP DIET to restore healthy gut flora and repair your gut lining. For herbal remedies you will require proper consultation
Hi, you have not mentioned why you took antibiotics for that long period or what reason the doctor gave you, using antibiotics frequently affects stomach floral , and you complain of diarriaha - which might be due to antibiotics or ,stres,Anxiety or food infection. Still if you can detail about your problem I can help you with further tests done and will try to proscribe medicines
You've been overdosed by antibiotics which is common to treat your condition and now its causing raised kapha and pitta in your body so you are facing fatigue, weakness and anxiety too. For these issues you should focus on detoxifying your body. Take Bala churna for boosting up your energy levels and for diarrhoea u can take dadimadi avleha.
Excess use of antibiotics and antiparasitic tablets can disturb gut flora, causing weakness, anxiety, and loose motions. Recovery depends on your digestion and may take a few weeks. Ayurveda can help restore gut balance, strengthen digestion, and improve energy safely. I suggest you consult me for a personalized recovery plan.
Taking repeated doses of deworming medicines (like Bandy Plus) and multiple antibiotics within a short period can disrupt the gut flora (healthy bacteria in the intestines), potentially causing lingering weakness, digestive upset (diarrhea), and sometimes even anxiety, since gut health and mental well-being are closely linked.
Expected recovery:
Mild antibiotic-related side effects (loose stools, indigestion) usually improve within 2–4 weeks after stopping the medicines.
However, gut bacteria may take a few months to fully recover, especially after repeated antibiotic courses. Rarely, effects can persist longer if gut flora is severely depleted.
What to do now:
Continue probiotics daily for at least 2–4 weeks. Choose high-potency probiotics (with diverse strains) if available.
Incorporate more fermented foods into your diet (curd/yogurt, buttermilk, home-prepared pickles, kanji, idli, dosa).
Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and soluble fiber to support healthy gut bacteria.
Rest, hydration, and a nutrient-rich balanced diet will help your body recover.
Avoid unnecessary use of antibiotics, anti-parasitic drugs, or self-medication in the future.
If you continue to suffer from severe weakness, persistent diarrhea, or significant anxiety beyond 3–4 weeks—or if new symptoms appear—please consult your physician for evaluation. Blood tests to rule out nutritional deficiencies, anemia, or other underlying causes may be advised.
Take care. Most side effects from antibiotics and deworming medicines are temporary and will resolve with supportive care.
This advice is consistent with clinical and gut health guidelines regarding post-antibiotic and antiparasitic-recovery timelines and strategies.
