For the past month, whenever I eat outside food, I get a mild urge to have a bowel movement almost immediately after eating. Once I pass stool, everything returns to normal. I don't have significant stomach pain. This doesn't happen when I eat homemade food, but it occurs after eating spicy or oily foods outside. What could be the reason?

Hello, I am having a bubbly gut feeling since 11 days. My motions are normal ( every morning get an urge to pass stool- it is a bit mushy some soft). I had h pylori in May and was under treatment from 9th May to 19th May. I also had 2 mild dueodenal ulcers and was taking vonograss 20 along with the h pylori kit. Continue with Vonograss till June 10. Everything was back to normal till June 26. June 28th started feeling bloated ( had potatoes, mutton soup, mutton) . Feeling bloated ,( bubbly gut) since then. I took Ayurveda from 30th June to 5th July . Please suggest course of action

I have constant constipation from like year or two I don't eat a lot of Fiber, but I have seen people not eating Fiber same as me, but they are not constipated, but I am always constipated and because it's been so long. I am worried if there is any issue what should I do?

Hi All, Seeking genuine suggestions from honest and respectful doctors on grade 2 Fatty Liver at the 31 age... I was facing some acidity and acid reflux minimal issues since 2022 when i was working in rotational shifts in MNC, I used to drink cold drinks and were not able to complete my sleep post my 10 pm to 7 am night shift. For 2 years i worked in weekly rotational shifts like morning 7 to 4 pm ... Afternoon 1 to 10 pm and night shift 10pm to 7 am... So had night shift caused this issue? Taken antacids, no relief . Periods are yet to come after 8 days. Having nausea since 8 days. Antacids get short relief, after an hour again nausea starts. No fever, no headache, no chest burn.
