I have digestive issues sometimes normal sometimes normal with diarrhoea stomach anxiety after taking tablets normal then again it starts anxiety panic attacks now dr gave benizep and fdep plus will it b helpful I did ayurvedic allopathy psychiatrist also gave me amitone IBS gets cured by proper diet stress free I did it too but symptoms occur again and again whom to consult gastroenterologist or psychiatrist is colonoscopy necessary ? I have one point pain also from 6 yrs right abdomen lower side is it IBS finding ? My usg scan report showed mild edema swelling distal small bowel loops increased peristalsis movement

My weight is 95 kg and I am 26 years old. I have PCOS and my periods are very irregular, usually coming once every 2–3 months. I also have fatty liver. I feel sleepy most of the time, have low energy, frequent mood swings, and feel very emotional and sensitive. I want to lose weight but I am finding it very difficult. Even when I exercise, I often get body pain and leg pain. I have dark pigmentation on my neck, underarms, and private area, which I think may be related to insulin resistance. Marriage discussions are going on at home, and I am worried that my weight, PCOS, irregular periods, and possible insulin resistance may affect my fertility or cause difficulty in having a baby in the future. I want to reduce my weight from 95 kg to around 60–70 kg within the next 6 months, improve insulin resistance, and make my periods regular. Please guide me regarding diet, exercise, lifestyle changes, tests, and any safe medications that may help.

Hi from last fees days I have a pain from my upper back to left flank . The pain comes and goes. N it gets better with a movement also . Like when I stretch it . And no specific pain when I press it . But my stool is mushy . Is it related? I got my blood tests done 2 months back n I took livUD and live 52DS but I have stopped talking any medicines now .

Hi Everyone Just wanted if someone can help or guide me for my below problem. Endoscopy on 1-Dec-2025 • Lax LES — Hill's Grade 2 • Grade A Esophagitis (took 3 months PPI) • Corpus & Antral Gastritis • Duodenum: Normal ✅ H. PYLORI Detected Dec 2025 → Treated → Stool test March 2026 confirmed Negative 🫀 *UPPER GI SYMPTOMS* (1–2 years history) After treatment of Hpylori, my symptoms were reduced but not gone . It is reduced by almost 50%. I have taken PPI from 3 months from Dec to Feb end. Diagnosed: Functional Dyspepsia + Lax LES Grade 2 + Esophageal Hypersensitivity Below are my symptoms: • Loud belching — especially on empty stomach (Major Symptoms) • Burning while burping(Major Symptoms) • Burning behind left breastbone (sometimes) • Epigastric burning (sometimes ) • Symptoms worst when stomach is empty — particularly evenings • Eating food or drinking water relieves symptoms significantly I don't want to take PPI anymore. Any other solution for this?

M having Steotosis of liver(grade2 fatty liver) nd having joints pain and stiffness so my ortho suggest me to take RAc Sr for 10 days is this safe for me to take this medicine in fatty liver grade 2

Sir/Madam Im a alcholic. last year my sgpt is 51, sgot 68 and ggt is 230 and this year my sgpt is 125.7, sgot is 60.4 and ggt is 71.6. And also cholesterol report also attached. Please help me with good medicine and do the needful.

I have been facing pain and pinching sensation in my lower abdomen on right side i feel pain while breathing walking and basically while moving . I have gone through ultrasound but reports were normal but still pain is constant I am afraid might I have appendicitis.
