Doctor, I have upper abdomen pain from 3 months and feelings tired always I eat food properly but I don't feel energy.

I am diabetic with  chronic Constipation with Inguinal Hernia. Please suggest medicine for Chronic Constipation. Allopathic and Ayurvedic both.

Good evening sir/ma'am, I'm 20yrs old , 5'11" and weight-97kg Bmi 29.94 Stay in pg and in a situation that can't give time for exercise/gym and also can't do proper dieting (only can eat less and can add one 80-100 gm chicken piece at dinner) Walks 750m + bus + 200m while going to college and same while coming back to pg That's why requesting you to prescribe some medicines for fat loss especially belly fat ... Vomiting & stomach fullness after taking meal. Many times I'm feeling Like vomiting & many times I vomiting after eating heavy meal. I'm feeling little bit pain in right side of lower abdomen.

I get lose motion 1-2 times if I eat egg, chicken, paneer, yogurt and pizza. No other complaints. And some times if I eat upma . Like this happen. I don't feel tiredness if it happens 1-2 times.since from 3 months.

Recently had a endoscopy & final impression is antral gastritis with duodenuitis with esophageal erosion , I am having burning sensation, acid reflux & mainly bad breath , how to treat this , plz help

I have consulted a doctor. He has done blood test,stool test and checked anal area physically. He detected typhoid and dected small amount of blood in stool test  and denied no piles problem are there. I have been taking medicines prescribed by him for last 12 days condition is better than previous but when I exert more pressure while I feel bump like if I pass stool normally no problem comes there

I am 34 have been hitting the gym to reduce weight. I have normal BP, HBA1C is 5.5, Total Cholestrol is 220, Triglyceride is 350. Vitamin D and B12 Deficiency. LFT normal, CBC is normal I am already taking Vita D and B12 capsules on doctor recommendation and trying to reduce cholesterol via food changes. But I want to explore Omega 3 supplement for triglyceride. Please recommend good brand/dosage for me.
