I am sleeve gastrectomy patient and from few years was continuously suffering with Vit B12, Iron, folic acid, ferritin and Vit D deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia. Lot of dizziness, fatigue and kind of seizures I am facing. Haematologist provided me few tests and I did. Sharing here the test report. Pernicious anemia .These deficiencies are permanent because of antibody against IF .its help in b12 absorption. Without this b12 deficiency is persits .
