Stomach Problems & Remedies

I started mounjaro 5 mg then jumped to 7.5 and then again came back to 5mg. Now its been 3 months on mounjaro with no side effects and hunger came back rapidly and already gained back 3 kgs after losing 15kgs in total. Can i take 10 mg directly and skip 7.5 mg.

My mom is having a lickage in her food pipe which make it bleed . It's a very small leakage, doctor said it's blood can be go through periods. This problem is of 1 year ago . She is getting vomit after eating anything , Even it it is rice , chappati , normal veggies , healthy food , home food , and also if she drinks and gets on liquid only then too she gets vomit after a bit time like 20 to 30 min or suddenly after 5 to 10 mins . The doctor had done nearby all the test of stomach and even had seen to neurologist+ dipression doctor too , nothing happened . The doctor had done - ct scan , mri , ultrasound, contrast test , endoscopy, video camera capsule test , and more other test I can't tell every name here . The main point is her vomit isn't getting stopped. Her treatment is going on medanta the medicity, but doctor aren't able to find the reason of vomit . Nothing is happening by madicine, by treatment, by admitting her in hospital. please suggest something for this vomit, thank you

I am living in ahmedabad gujarat. I has been suffering from stomach related issue since last 15 years. Daily i use to go latring for two or three times in a day. Although feeling not fressness full day. Once in a month i suffer from headache and vomiting beacuase of gas, acidity which headache pain extermly very very high. I had been consultated by  general physician, ayurvadic and also homeopathic doctor. But my problem  as it is. From which doctor i should contact? Any particular medicines for this headache and vomiting desease?

Hi , This question is related to my husband, He is 36 year old and having 17mm gallbladder stone , any solution for this ? If he can survive with this or should go through any medication? He is having back pain symptoms like he can't stand long time without support and even right side of below chest pain is there and gastric issues there . Hi i am mohammed imran sir suffering from piles heavy bleeding from 2 years many medicines i have taken ayurvedic but even though no its not cured small like a lamph is outside its not paining or in walking sitting no problem but its bleeding inside like wounds are there please suggest best medicine.
