At around 5 a.m yesterday, I suddenly developed severe abdominal pain, which seemed to be due to food poisoning. I vomited once and passed stools 1–2 times, but the abdominal pain still continued. So I went to the hospital emergency department, where they gave me some medicines through injections/IV. The pain improved after that. However, after coming home, I started passing small amounts of loose, watery stools frequently, and I also developed a fever, for which I took PCM (paracetamol). The doctor prescribed Pan-D and Darolac, both twice daily (BD), to take at home. Can I also take Norflox-TZ along with these medicines?

Hi, dr has prescribed rifagut 400 and florachamp for loose stools. Please tell me if i need to leave 2 hrs gap between them?? And rifagut 400 prescribed for 3 times a day for 3 days. Whats the ideal gap between doses? And is 3 times really needed?

Hi doctor, I was on antibiotics for around 30 days for viral fever and fissure around 2 months ago but after that I am having extreme tiredness and sometimes diarrhea and anxiety , I have taking probiotics too but still no improvement

Questions to ask the doctor Could my bitter tongue taste be related to GERD, acid reflux, oral issues, or something else? Is the right-sided throat irritation due to reflux? Are the yellow stools related to gastritis, diet, bile flow, or another cause? Does the mild gallbladder wall thickening need any follow-up? What could be

I was diagnosed with acute entrititis on second week of  August. How i recovered and had constipation after that. Now from past 10 days, I again feels like nausea and vomiting after eating more than what I usually eat and specially if i take green tea. I manage the same with saunf and ajwain water or any acidity medicine. Please advise.

I have been experiencing persistent stomach discomfort for more than a month. An ultrasound revealed a 2.1 mm kidney stone, and I was also diagnosed with early-stage PCOS. I completed a course of antibiotics, but my symptoms have not improved completely. I continue to have significant gas and bloating in my upper abdomen, pain when pressing around the navel, and a general feeling of discomfort throughout my abdomen. From last 5 years my alt and ast always high others are normal. In starting tested viral marker, ana of, ceruloplasmin, fibroscan all came normal...from then some time taken bilypsa then alt and ast normal, after sometime re high...my platelets up and down from 268xxxxxxxx00-148xxxxxxxx00-150000 recent 152000. 4 days ago re test lft where alt ,ast, bilirubin all are high. Plz tell me is this jaundice value and proggsed to cirochis...lft attached

He is going through a severe stomach infection, having loose motion and frequently going to washroom, also he is going through continuous hiccups.He is having ORS from last evening but feeling very weak. Also has taken some medicines for this issue. Kindly guide us how to stop these hiccups and also improve the situation. It seems like food poisoning as his wife is facing the same.
