I am suffering from nausea and burning from last month on and off. Now I have started proper treatment with General physician I want to know how long I should avoid spicy food coffee How long it takes to heal with proper treatment

I have too much pain in the upper abdomen radiating towards the back and causing me lot of discomfort and sufferance from past two weeks. I am having severe GERD with esophagitis grade B and fatty liver. I do have reoccurrence of hiatus hernia. I am a Bariatric patient completed my sleeve gastrectomy in the year 2020. Bcoz of the GERD complexity I have got ineffective esophageal motility also in manometry. Doctor suggested me for a roux en y gastric bypass as options are limited for me with a long term PPI use which is presently not functioning on me. But suddenly from past two weeks I have severe stomach pain radiating towards the back and getting sticky stool which is not going easily from the WC. Yesterday I did USG whole abdomen and they found infiltration of Pancreas where they couldn't see the tail as it was obscured by bowel gas. Please suggest as stomach is in bad pain which is getting difficult to manage.

I saw black stool today and previously there used to be specks of black. I do remember feeling very uncomfortable for quite a while including problems with digestion and all. I have vertigo and so I have been feeling very dizzy and off balance too

1.How do I know if I have excess visceral fat? My waist is coming at 36 inches (male) when I am bloated or else it is 35.5 inches when everything is perfectly fine and at early morning after i  have freshened up. My height is 166 cm. 2.So how much inches to lose off my current waist to have low /healthy levels of visceral fat? 3.Is it easier to lose visceral fat than subcutaneous fat ,even if I eat at my maintenance calories with adequate protein? 4.If I lose visceral fat, will it mean that I am losing inches from my waist but the rest of my body parts are still the same/current size? Since visceral fat is only located at the abdominal region and also I am focussing on strength training to increase or regain the lost muscle mass.

I have been facing it for last 6 months , and now I have been taking medicine actobien for last one month prescribed by gastroenterologist situation is little fine and he asked me to take for next one medicine and add one new medicine volapride plus capsule.Medicines are helping but still feeling very uncomfortable after eating food

Does Oesophageal Gastric junction LAX cause gas inside stomach, (colon) and excessive farting, burping? I can't able to pass stool completely (no constipation, no hard stools) only more amount gas is been passed while pooping.

I am chandan joshi I have been facing this for last 6 months.currently from 2 months I have been taking consultation from gastroenterologist.Right now I am feeling little better than before he has prescribed me actobien 300 er and volapride capsules medicine are working But I am still does it take this much time to get covered from bloating.The problem is that I feel tightness and fullness mostly after meal and feel discomfortness all the time due to this .So I want to know any of the gastronlogist the medicine I am using it is it good or normal for this .Do I need to add some medicine to get the better results .It is very uncomfortable problem.whaf is the reason of this will I get it again once I get fine.Medicines are helping but it is curing it completely.I have added the all test and prescription. I have got done colonoscopy and report was normal and all test liver and other blood test and diabetes test are normal.The problem is only functional and digestional.

Hi doctor, I have lactose intolerance but some time forgot and drink milk tea after that I feel digestion disturbance And anxiety , what to do any medicine to stop symptoms

Hi I have seen blood and mucus with stools, is there anything to be worried and my kid is 2 years old I feel bit stressed and I don't get proper sleep also. And recently I had gone through the surgery which is endometriosis and they gave lupride injection as well so I am not getting periods also. Is this associated with that please clarify

I hv morning diarrhea 2 to 3 times .my gall bladder is removed 3 yrs bk.very frequently I got food poisoning.
