Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi Sir/Ma'am, For the past 10 days, i have been very feeling bloated at the upper abdomen with constant gas release. Also, I have been feeling constipated for a week as well with low bowel movement. I have increased fiber intake and been drinking a lot of fluids for the last 3 days.  Still feeling the same and now am feeling sluggish as well. Need advice for the next steps Thank you

An usg of the whole abdomen. The report shows calculus cholecystitis with adenomyomatosis and a gallbladder stone measuring about 14.2 mm. It also mentions Grade I fatty liver, while pancreas, CBD and kidneys appear normal. For the past few months I have been experiencing upper abdominal burning/pain, especially near the chest-bone area, sometimes after meals and at night. Is surgery (laparoscopic cholecystectomy) necessary now or can it be managed with atleast one month. What complications can occur if delayed? What precautions and foods should I strictly follow? Any medicine for such a month.

I a m having an  pain in stomach.Due to poop after eating food, I think I a m having. Ibs d because I can't digest food easily.There are some food which is not digestible for me at all, but i'm losing.Weight because i'm not eating anything.Because I eat I poop.So there are a few things which is digestible to me.And I can't drink milk because it is also not digestible to me.So what should I eat?And what how do I gain weight?I'm having in dark circles, my skin look pale.And everything looks dull.What should I do i took medication many times but it only benefited me.
