I have diagnosed with antral gastritis does it cause flatulence and constipation .please tell the diet for it

I have 7 Hba1c sugar and 113 fasting sugar. Could you please confirm if I should start medication for sugar immediately. I also have gastric problem.

It's been 5-6 days that my stomach has been burning. Almost feels like something is rotting in it. Only cold water helps and soothes. Even normal food sometimes aggravates the burning. There's also some gas and bloating. Bowel movements are inconsistent and I'm sometimes constipated. What to do?

Already diagnosed with mild antral gastritis post endoscopy and doctor has prescribed esomaprazole, ibset and Mebeverine hydrochloride tablets for one month. Since iron is low doctor has prescribed orofer xt but I heard it worsens gastritis. Already having stomach issues. Please suggest gentle iron supplement which can be well tolerated

My mom experiencing severe stomach pain and a burning sensation before lunch every day. The pain usually starts one to two hours before eating and becomes intense if I delay my meal. Sometimes it feels like cramping, and other times it is a sharp or burning discomfort in the upper abdomen. This problem has been continuous for the past one month and is affecting my daily routine, concentration, and appetite. Eating food gives temporary relief, but the pain returns again the next day. Due to this ongoing issue, I am feeling weak, anxious, and uncomfortable and would like proper medical evaluation and treatment.

My age is 40 , my height is 152 and current weight is 75, I am housewife. I need to loss weight atleast by 10kg. Before 5-6 I was admitted in hospital due to dengu fever with report Dengu NS1 positive Dengu IgM negative Dengu lgG Negative But sometimes headache is happening from starting of fever to during & now after the treatment of dengu fever, fever has gone before 6-7 days & I have been discharged from hospital since 4-5 days but headache still happening & also acidity, please tell best advice & medicine for this types of headache, no relief from this till now?
