Each evaluated only their own area without visibility into the other's domain or my joint pain. I still lack a unified diagnosis for why these symptoms interact together. Questions: 1 What underlying cause or systemic link do you suspect connects frequent bowel movements, lightheadedness, and joint pain when MRI and colonoscopy are normal? 2 Could post-fissure surgery changes play a role? 3 Which specialist (e.g., Senior Internal Medicine or Rheumatology) should I consult next?

Hello , i generally get gut issues if I have anxiety attacks...I have been feeling like something stuck in throat in neck area of food pipe, stomach feels heavy, stuck burps feeling as if someone pressing my throat, no nausea, no vomiting, i had faced this problem 8 years back..that time it was gastritis and stress..it was little severe that time..but nothing ruled out..this time also happening, but no other symptoms, does it happen?

I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. I had constipation from 10 years pass motion daily but hard stools. Recently 2 months back piles and fissure laser surgery also happened. When taking cremaffin syrup only passing softly stools or else with any other like freego powder pass stools with pressure only. Tried lintide 72 tablet also, with that watery diarreha happening. Taking fiber food like kiwi, prunes, guava, coconut etc food and 2.5 liter water but still hard stools only. My weight 48 kgs. What can be the solution for me.

Hello Doctor, I have been having digestive issues for the past 1 year. I eat properly, but I feel that I am not gaining weight, and my weight has also been decreasing. My stools are often small, thin, and fragmented. Sometimes they appear like small pieces or grains. I also experience gas and bloating, especially after eating at the office. I was diagnosed with TB about 5 years ago. I would like to know what could be causing these symptoms and what tests or evaluation I may need.
