Stomach Problems & Remedies

Whenever I continue to eat for 2 days outside of food or outside non veg or more oily and spicy food at home, they get me sick like either getting a stomach ache with bloating or loose stools. Is this due to the gastric problem only? Or something else?

I am sleeve gastrectomy patient and from few years was continuously suffering with Vit B12, Iron, folic acid, ferritin and Vit D deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia. Lot of dizziness, fatigue and kind of seizures I am facing. Haematologist provided me few tests and I did. Sharing here the test report. Request you to assist me on this with a suggestion from your end please.

I have anxiety disorder and under medication as well since 7 years. Now much mentally healthy but my weight is increasing day by day. Digestive issues. Can't eat restaurant food not even chips type packed food. I have been so much concern about my looks as well due this weight gain. I am a dental student and I have lots of work, clinical duties but still no weight lose. I have been taking vit d since 4 months. I run some test 4 months ago for glucose level, thyroid, lipid profile, vit d . Everything is normal expect vit d deficiency. I see slightly darker pigmentation around my neck as well. Upper body is so fatty and heavy

My friend is suffering from a burning sensation just under his ribs . This sensation is making him feel like vomiting and going for frequent bowel movement even though that's not happening. My daughter develops several symptoms after eating, especially after consuming oily or fatty foods. Suffering from excessive bloating and pain like in the lower half of the belly and is described as cramping, squeezing, or a dull ache can't pass gas and can't pass tools properly it's always like diarrhea I hv done ct scan I hv posted the reports please let me know what it is and what should i do

Please help me actually what happened is that in fast few days I was suffering from anal fisher okay not I don't know but I have the doctor gave me medicine ok from nearby hospital okay but after few days I recovered and after few days the same thing I have started to happen again whenever I went to use to go to pass this tool I used to suffer from a lot of pain and blood used to come from there okay and it's been one and half months and still it is happening and today it's been like like today is Thursday okay and on Friday I had everything for like I have a food morning evening night okay and I also had a Paya and all even though then I its the second day and I am feeling like I want to pass the store okay and I just drying the water and went to washroom and was feeling like the washroom is about to come but it was okay the pottyy wasn't coming and also I hv got my periods 😓😓I drink water I also hv fruits like papaya guava and pomegranate yet 😮‍💨 my age is 15 and my weight is 50
