I am trying to start taking multivitamins I want recommendations for a brand or tablet that covers maximum vitamins or just a schedule on how to take various vitamins without minimum or no side effects

I am 34 have been hitting the gym to reduce weight. I have normal BP, HBA1C is 5.5, Total Cholestrol is 220, Triglyceride is 350. Vitamin D and B12 Deficiency. LFT normal, CBC is normal I am already taking Vita D and B12 capsules on doctor recommendation and trying to reduce cholesterol via food changes. But I want to explore Omega 3 supplement for triglyceride. Please recommend good brand/dosage for me.

From last 2 months  I have to pass stool  after one to two hours of taking meal. The stool is loose and watery. I am feeling cramps and gastric action in my stomach and after passing stool I am feeling relax . Is it okay.

I consumed high calcium foods and now normal calcium levels But when I eat sour and caffeine drinks suddenly urgent to toilet and vitamin D also low vitamin D is going in urine please suggest good medicine
