Your PCOS with these liver enzyme numbers needs an in-person look before starting any medicine. A lab report alone can't confirm if it's safe for you.
Next Steps
Share these reports with your gynaecologist so they can check what's raising your liver enzymes and confirm your treatment plan.
Health Tips
Please hold off on the medicine your doctor suggested until this is reviewed in person, given your weight and cycle pattern.

Deviry (medroxyprogesterone) 10 mg for 10 days is not liver-toxic and is generally safe to withdraw a period in PCOS - but your SGPT 165 and SGOT 97 are 4-5 times normal and that is the real problem here, not the Deviry. With a weight of 110-115 kg at 5'6", HbA1c 6.0, PPBS 137, triglycerides 153 and PCOS on ultrasound, this picture is fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with prediabetes and insulin resistance, and BP 140/80 needs watching too. Before starting anything, get an ultrasound abdomen for fatty liver, hepatitis B and C screening, and repeat LFT - alcohol, painkillers and any herbal or weight-loss supplements must stop completely. Real treatment is 7-10 percent weight loss with diet and daily exercise, often metformin, and progesterone or combined pills for cycle regulation once the liver is assessed.
Next Steps
Get ultrasound abdomen, hepatitis B and C screening and a repeat LFT, and take Deviry only under your gynaecologist's supervision. Book a consult with me on Practo or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj with all reports so the fatty liver, prediabetes and blood pressure are treated together.

You may have PCOD but you have other  problems too which are not related to PCOD. So, ideally, you should be managed by a Gynaecologist and an Endocrinologist simultaneously. Deviry is given only to induce your periods. It doesn't affect the basic disease process.

You had prolonged amenorrhea, almost for 5 months. You better take deviry 10mg. Secondly your HbA1c is also pointing towards diabetes, though fasting sugars are normal. Post prandial sugars (sugars after food) is little high. You should control this as well . If you are overweight focus on weight reduction, regular exercise, good sleep and calorie restriction. Once when you do this , your overall health will improve
