Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctor, I am 42 years old, 80 kg, height 5’9”. I need your opinion regarding my digestion issues. For the last 1 year I have acidity/stomach burning, frequent burping, heaviness/tightness in stomach after eating, and a lot of smelly gas passing from below. Sometimes when my stomach is tight it feels like my breathing is restricted. Gas release gives relief. My stool is daily and normal. My endoscopy done 4 years back was normal. Thyroid and Vitamin B12 reports are normal. Current medicines: * Thyronorm 100 mcg * Sompraz IT * Prodep 10 mg (symptoms seem more noticeable after starting this) * Livoluk powder Could this be GERD, functional dyspepsia, IBS/bloating, or medicine-related? Do I need any further tests like H. pylori, or should my Sompraz IT/Prodep medicines be reviewed?

My free t4 is coming 0.90 or 0.85 always and tsh always 1 or 1.2 or 1.4 or 0.88 but my bmr is only 900 kcal I gain 1 kg bw in 2 days not any other symptoms like cold intolerance but very much easy weight gain can u help in diagnosing

Current supplements: Magnesium glycinate 220mg (split from 440mg tablet) I am normally constipated and it doesn't bother me. Recently however I experienced the opposite, loose stools 1-2 times in one day with urgent stomach cramping (the kind where you need to run to the bathroom immediately).Could magnesium glycinate 200mg cause this even though it's considered the gentlest form? I cannot switch or replace my magnesium glycinate supplement. I want to understand what caused the sudden shift from my normal constipation to loose stools and urgent cramping, and what I can do to manage it without changing my supplement. What timing or dietary changes can I make to prevent this without stopping or replacing my supplement? And should I be concerned?

I get pain in and around my ass while popping.it doesn't last all day only happens while I'm pooping and remains for few minutes.

I have eaten pizza on 16th may and on 20may i felt so uneasy weakness nausea heavines after eating too low and have vomit 1-2 times a day after it some days it settled down till and from 24may my burps get stucked in between and sour burps do come with pressure i need to take a burp and sometime it comes so normal on its own without pressure or sour taste just a normal burp I am still getting same issue since 24may till now but now i feel hungry normally and when burps stucked my next bite does not go in to stomach and i have done with ultrasound as well reports came normal! so suggest why its happening and its cure it will be very helful thnku!

Not loose motions but went to motions 4 times and stomach is rotating heaving when iam passing stool. Ate non veg yesterday What is best remedy for this to stop in future also best mecinces and what is problem iam effected with
