Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello, I have gastritis symptoms for a few months that are under some control with ppi meds like Pantocid, fexoclue, vonalong and digene. But gastroenterologist has suggested an expensive endoscopy. Is there any other cheaper way to diagnose for suspected pathogens that may be causing this issue? Please advise. Thanks!

I am 29, from India, usually kept vegitarian diet, past diagnosed with constipation 6 years ago, also history of anal fissure and mild hammeroids. But from past few days I have been noticing a slight change in my bowel habit and frequency I went to multiple doctors, they all said ibs, I followed some instagram tips taken some sodium bicarbonate and that day I felt mucus with one drop of blood as well, then also I consulted multiple doctors they all telling ibs. Right now no other symptoms but felt like passing poop and then air passes and like two times per day is the frequency no blood no cramps no other symptoms, but I kept worrying. I went for USG and it came normal. Please suggest I should go for colonoscopy, as doctors tell it as an abrasive process!!!

Hlw doctor my husband has fatty liver before but he didn't take any medication he quit drinks since 2 years he take a lft test and the report normal except ALT 67 serum globulin 2.1 Is this any normal range or he need further test He has gas problem and sometimes stomach ache bcz he eats everything non veg and fast food 5 days a week so pz enlighten

Dear doctor I am a patient of sub clinical hypothyroidism where TSH level is high and T3,T4  is normal. I HAVE UNEXPECTED WEIGHT GAIN OF NEARLY 8 KG doctor is prescribing me thyronorm 100 mg. Is anything more I have to do to reduce the weight gain.

I mistakenly have one sip of mops disinfectant surface cleaner shall I went to doctor is this dangerous and some sip went to my eyes also just tell me is this emergency or not is it life threatening

Can I take yakult probiotic for better gut function ,I sometimes suffer from acidity and gas issues .I also take blood pressure medicine Telma 40.

Constipation, bloating, urge to pass stool but couldn't. Reduced appetite and energy level. Current Medication - Lactulose and Isubgaol for the last 5 days.

Having severe stomach ache with loose stools after food. Bitterness in the mouth. This is happening since 3 days.
