Recently under gone endoscopy, final impression is ; antral gastritis with duodenuitis with esophageal erosion , Lax incompetent , food pipe is not closing properly because of which there is severe bad breath after taking medicine it's not controlling, what to do right now , struggling from 9-10 months , plz help with this

My mom's antibiotic course will finish tomorrow only one dose is left but still some mucus is there in the stool , stool frequency got decreased, fever and body and stomach aches also decreased and stool texture improoved but still loose hard texture now but mucus is there btw my mom is taking ciplox tz and enterogermina and econorm , stool is passing 2-3 times a day right now, should we worry ??

Hi this is my endoscopy report. H-Pylori is faintly positive still my doctor gave me only the following medicines: 1. Pyloflush 2. PPI I asked him whether I need a course of H pylori eradication (antibiotics). He says no. I was fine for a burger period of time. But, not my symptoms I.e motions, bad taste in mouth, burping, indigestion have come back. Do I need a second opinion?

I am non diabetic female. Had 29.1 BMI with 82 kgs weight and height 168 cm. I already lost 8 kgs last month and now 1.2 kgs more. Can i increase mounjaro doses every month? There will be any issue if i keep increasing? I started with 5 mg in 1st month and now taking 7.5 mg in 2nd month. What all tests also can i do for regular checkup during these injections?
