Now after two years i feel bloated belly.. what can i do now??

NOV-upper middle abdominal pain, got relief by Pantacid DSR. DEC-as doc said did some tests.SGPT 90,SGOT 43,BILIRUBIN 1.6; tsh,creatinine,urea,fbs,HBa1AC,lipid,Na-k test all clear and usg abd also clear. JAN-SGPT 150,SGOT 50,BILIRUBIN 1.6,EOSINOPHIL 12% FEB-SGPT 88,SGOT 38,BILIRUBIN 1.3,EOSINOPHIL 4% MARCH-SGPT 63,SGOT 41,BILIRUBIN 1.4,EOSINOPHIL 7%;esr,chest xray and ecg normal,Hep b & c clear[loss of appetite,weight loss,chest pressure on both side,recurrent pain in shoulder,heel,finger joint,back of throat in december but in january somewhat disappear but throat pain back in march,Stomach irritation,rare pain in left lower and upper abdomen,fatigue,nausea,borborygmi,feel sick more from morning to evening,in February end few blanching pin red rash under feet now disappear and rare lower abdomen/bladder pain this time,stool ok,no fever]WHY DOCTORS IGNORING EOSINOPHIL up and down even after pointing it out. Lifestyle is  balanced, no alcohol or smoking in life, eat less oily home food.

I took rabies vaccine 5 days before. Before i reached the medical they already kept vaccine loaded syringes in a open plastic container. One ice packet also there. I saw one used syringe was there without needle in the same container. So my vaccine loaded syringe, one ice packet and one used syringe without needle all are in a same container. The little moisture water also there due to ice packet. The used syringe may b used for RIG - rabies immunoglobulin to a patient. If that used syringe is contaminated with hiv. Due to moisture Whole container and my vaccine loaded syringe will be contaminated? As all are in a same container. How much risk for HIV and rabies for me ? I am very much tensed after this incident. Please help and what step should i take now ?

In December I felt unwell and went to a local doctor, done some tests. Tsh, Fbs, Creatinine, Urea, Cbc, Whole abdomen Usg(due to loss of appetite, some pain in shoulder/scapula), LFT. Just LFT abnormal SGPT 90, SGOT 50 and Bilirubin 1.6 rest tests clear. Doctor gave UDLIV 300. In January Doc told all ok go and check but I still had symptoms. Did LFT and CBC and now SGPT 150 and SGOT 53 and Bilirubin 1.6, in cbc eosinophil 12%, rest are ok. In February again tested and SGPT 88, sgot 38 and bilirubin 1.3, in cbc eosinophil was 4%. In March did same test, in LFT SGPT 63, sgot 41 and bilirubin 1.4 and in CBC eosinophil 7%. In March i also did Vit D test 75.3, Hep. B and C test also non reactive and ESR, Chest X ray(pa), ecg also normal. But symptoms like chest pressure, loss of appetite, feeling unwell, gas, rare pain in lower left and upper left abdomen and sometimes stomach irritation is there, bowel movement ok, no fever or vomit. (Last Oct end tour, aware about food and package water)

HI all.Iam asking this in view of an issue I faced a week ago.one fine morning I started having chronic constipation.Unable to pass stool with lot of pain. I took warm.milk warm.water and duphalac syrup but nothing of any .However as hours passed I was passing stool in parts bit by bit.so much so unbearable finally there was so.finally somehow next day morning the uncleared still causing discomfort got cleared.However since then it's been 5_6 days but I don't feel the urge to go to stool although it feels at times. MY FOOD INTAKE IS ALSO NOT MUCH.SO MY QUERY IS CAN I HAVE ISABGOL IN SUCH CASES?

Hi, my son is 6 yrs old. But he didn't tell parents on potty and urine at night time. He mostly gets potty at night. Any solution for this.

I am non diabetic. I am already taking mounjaro 5 mg since 2 months and now will take it for 3rd month and tolerating it well now. Can i switch to Zepbound from next month, as it is for non diabetic weight loss. And if i can then which one should I go for 5 mg or 7.5 mg? Will not create any mess?
