After sex of 2 days there is Thigh pain i taken this tablet aceclofenac paracetamol serratiopeptidase for 3 days- 1 tablet each day then stop it Then after sex of 5th mouth gas coming like a sound to me and its 1 week this problem going off and on and sometime feel not to eat that time Me taking now days pantobrisc tablet for gas Before and after sex I also taking in morning blank stomach becosule capsule Sometime gas problem solved then come back again also Its Hiv Symptom?? Please Tell Me also taking homeopathic syrup gasodrop 3 times in a day

I got fissure by having augumentin 1000 twice a day for my throat infection now my gut got bad but i have taken probiotics tata 1mg 30billion probiotics , also have taken differents strains like s bouroullis and latic probiotics also all in billions but now my issue is if i dont have probiotics for 3-4 days my fissure return with burning poop

Im suffering from constipation since 2 days along with burning and itchiness around the anal part. I also get tight stools and sometimes nausea and headache too.
