I m having single white bump at the right side on the lower throat. It is seen when i fold my tongue. Attaching pic of my pimple at the lips it is similer to that only 2-3 mm big.

I have been diagnosed with grade 2 non alcoholic fatty liver disease in 2023,have diabetes & high bp.Diabetes used to remain mostly under control but bp fluctuates.My LFT report came absolutely normal which was done 1 year 1 month ago.Consumed a bottle of beer daily for the last 12 months.Taking saroglitazar 4 mg daily.What damages does alcohol have likely  done to my liver?However,there are no symptoms till now.Could it cause inflammation or fibrosis?Can the damages caused to my liver due to daily beer intake for the last 12 months be fully reversed by abstaining completely from alcohol from now on?

I was drinked empty stomach apple cider vinegar and tea coffee lot gastric in stomach and vitamin d also affected by high gastric effected diaheria and always tired irritated stomach gas and diaheria plz suggest for GUT health lining affected by high gastric and dehydration also

I went out for dinner on Sunday and after coming back home, started feeling very uneasy and vomited twice in the night. Whatever I had consumed came out in the vomit and it was painful. My throat has become sore because of the force with which it came out and I'm still unable to speak with my normal voice. I also developed small 3-4 red spots in my left eye due to the pressure of vomit (they are not as prominent now but the redness in the eye is still there). No vomits happened yesterday or today, however I'm concerned that if i don't take any medication, i might have an untreated stomach infection. Kindly advise if I need to take any medicines. Your response will be greatly appreciated.

I am having frequent loose strols from last 3 months sometimes just loose and sometimes very loose also I have a pain in my lower left side of abdomen. Stool microscopy and fecal calprotectin was normal. Haemoglobin 12.5 iron panel was also normal, ultrasound shows fatty liver grade 1/2 and pcom can anyone please tell me why my loose stools are not going away

Having loose motion from last 3 days, yesterday 6 times , today 2 times. 2 times tablet already taken for loose motion but still not relief
