I was having constipation after eating kuttu atta. Now I when i eat heavy outside food I get pain in lower abdomen muscles. Is this due to strained muscles. I pushed bowel hard when constipated. Anything I can do to make it better?

Over the past 3 months I had panic attacks with dizziness, chest pain, fear of death. Consulted ENT, Ayurvedic, Cardiologist, then Gastroenterologist. Endoscopy showed GERD, LPR, H. pylori. Anxiety reduced after diagnosis but intrusive thoughts began (vivid dreams/images of harming self/others, “what if” scenarios). No intent, but distressing.  Physical symptoms: chest pain, right-side neck/ear pain, one-sided head pain, fatigue, numbness, detached feeling. Labs: Vitamin D very low (14.99 ng/mL), calcium 9.9, B12 injections ongoing.  Medications: Nexito 5 mg (vivid dreams), Paroxetine ER 12.5 mg + Peelar 20 mg (worsened stomach), Magnesium glycinate (helped briefly, reduced intrusive thoughts last 2 days). Quit smoking/drinking 3 months ago.  Anxiety fluctuates; stress/news/work trigger panic (latest after office fight). Still working but fear losing control. Financial strain from repeated visits.  Which Dr to visit what to do further?

I am a 42-year-old female with thyroid issues and diabetes, along with a family history of higher body weight. I have always tried to stay active and exercised regularly, but at this stage I am facing constant body pain and very low energy, making it difficult to continue physical activity. Despite my efforts, my weight is increasing. I would like guidance on which specialist doctor I should consult and whether I can be considered for new weight loss medications available in India.

My tsh levels are elevated. 7.4 The doctor hasn't prescribed me any meds yet. But I am experiencing extreme fatigue,hairfall, anxiety. All my other reports are normal except my tsh levels. Please advise if I can do anything without meds.
