I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. Please suggest any non surgical cure 😭🙏

Current symptoms Stomach discomfort / gastritis symptoms. Intermittent pain in the side, back, and hip area. Right-sided throat irritation, especially when GERD/acidity increases. Bitter taste on the right side of the tongue for about 1 month. Occasional yellow-colored stools. Sometimes foamy urine. Occasional increased urinary frequency in the morning. Questions to ask the doctor Could my bitter tongue taste be related to GERD, acid reflux, oral issues, or something else? Is the right-sided throat irritation due to reflux? I had constipation from 10 years pass motion daily but hard stools. Recently 2 months back piles and fissure laser surgery also happened. When taking cremaffin syrup only passing softly stools or else with any other like freego powder pass stools with pressure only. Tried lintide 72 tablet also, with that watery diarreha happening. Taking fiber food like kiwi, prunes, guava, coconut etc food and 2.5 liter water but still hard stools only. My weight 48 kgs. What can be the solution for me.

At around 5 a.m yesterday, I suddenly developed severe abdominal pain, which seemed to be due to food poisoning. I vomited once and passed stools 1–2 times, but the abdominal pain still continued. So I went to the hospital emergency department, where they gave me some medicines through injections/IV. The pain improved after that. However, after coming home, I started passing small amounts of loose, watery stools frequently, and I also developed a fever, for which I took PCM (paracetamol). The doctor prescribed Pan-D and Darolac, both twice daily (BD), to take at home. Can I also take Norflox-TZ along with these medicines?

Hello Doctor, I have been having digestive issues for the past 1 year. I eat properly, but I feel that I am not gaining weight, and my weight has also been decreasing. My stools are often small, thin, and fragmented. Sometimes they appear like small pieces or grains. I also experience gas and bloating, especially after eating at the office. I was diagnosed with TB about 5 years ago. I would like to know what could be causing these symptoms and what tests or evaluation I may need.

Hi, dr has prescribed rifagut 400 and florachamp for loose stools. Please tell me if i need to leave 2 hrs gap between them?? And rifagut 400 prescribed for 3 times a day for 3 days. Whats the ideal gap between doses? And is 3 times really needed?

I am currently using dupholax for treating it but it is not coming in help as my skin is already irritated right now , my skin is swollen and got tears easily and blood, don't know how to treat it as it is causing problems in my daily life as I am unable to have anything more if the stomach is not cleared . I don't even have the natural urge to poop. It is a forceful process now. I have one long lasting problem which is farting like sounds coming inside not outside like bloating.
