Stomach Problems & Remedies

Its been 4 days since i am unable to eat properly. I am not able to digest anything. Vomiting, fever and severe headache. Even if i drink water, i puke it out after sometime. I have taken nimesulide & paracetamol, ofloxacin & lactic acid, Ondansetron and simethicone tablets today. Fever is okay. But whenever i get up from the bed, my body does not feel balanced. Plus still having headache.

Have been noticing reduced appetite for sometime now. I take high BP medicine like prolomet T25 and amlodipine 2.5. Kindly suggest a medication to increase appetite. Thanks. No other medications.

I have black stool with no other symptoms since 2 days . I had lot of red wine during weekend.. could that be the reason... what else could be the possible reasons and is it dangerous. Anything to worry ??

I experienced palpitations and tiredness 3 days ago. I checked my BP and it was normal. I checked my pulse and it was elevated. I always have a high resting HR. Between 90-102. My GP said it's ok. But the HR was elevating when I stood up. Noticing this for 3 days. It rises up to 127-136 immediately after I stand up. It goes down if I stand in the same place or sit down immediately. If I start to walk, it keeps rising.  Also have palpitations while sitting walking and standing.  Went to my GP and he did EKG and he said it's ok and told me to see the hematologist. My hb is 10.9. iron 32.I have an alpha thalassemia trait.So he said that could be causing my symptoms and referred. I have not gotten any treatment for thalassemia.Diagnosed last year since I have low mch,mcv,mchc. Should I see the cardiologist to evaluate if it's any heart conditions.Since I have high HR and palpitations.Also feeling very tired throughout the day. Taking iron supplements everyday.  I am obese (103kgs).

Hi sir I'm suffering from lactose intolerance,when ever I take lactose filler contains tablet I get extreme unbearable gas and bloating even tablets like PPI and all other tablets so to overcome this problem can I take yamoo/lactaid enzyme please help me

My 10 years old daughter has stomach pain for which we gave ibugesic plus. That did not help so can I give Cyclopam. I mean can I give the 2 medicines back to back. Any other recommendations?

Hi have a issue regarding to urine when I go to washroom  I feel like I have to urinate, but it's only a little bit. It feels like I have to go, but it doesn't actually come out. Then it comes out later Actually it does happens before to me.it's happening for the past one or two months, it never used to happen before.

I am a Bariatric patient suffering from 2 years with esophagitis grad B with GERD and suffering like hell with the burning sensation and regurgitation and not able to sleep in the night at all. I am also having swallowing issues and food is passing very slowly from the oesophagus. I did as per doctor suggestion manometry and the report I am attaching it here. Even a biscuit is giving me acidity. I was into PPI's for 2 years and finally it stopped working. Tried to do a crural repair of the hiatus hernia last year robotically didn't work and this year again the hiatus hernia is back with me.

Initially there is a hard stool and then there is a blood after passing the stool . It was very rare but this time it happens after two months. After my second baby its frequency increases. Now there is a pain in stomach. I am non vegetarian and a tea lover which promotes it.
