As soon as I drink water or eat something I'm getting burps immediately, getting stools daily but feels like incomplete evacuation and since 2-3 days my bp is around 95/65. My b12 is 155 Iron is 43 Hb is 11.5 Rbc 3.69 Calcium 7.81 ESR 26 Rest cbc, lft, kft, thyroid profile, lipid profile were fine. I took iron and b12 tablets for 20-25 days but there is no increment. I tested for celiac disease too but it's negative. What's causing this burp and low bp? Is it the gut issues or heart issue?

Hey guys! So I felt a kind of nervousness around my chest middle portion, around 11 pm in the night and then by morning I was still feeling nervousness. The nervousness was there and I was feeling slight heaviness in my chest, even in stomack and also kinda in my left hand (that made me rethink more about it). Now it's August and till now I have experienced this 3 times, I feel sudden nervousness that then leads to feel heaviness and overthinking. Today I was havin gol gappas in the night and I felt a lil smthn in my left side of chest so little bit so u started walking and felt okay. Before this even I felt slight chest pain in right as well. I overthink a lot and last time I was struggling kinda to breathe even. What it could be? Also whoever I eat anything junk I go straight to the washroom, even now I am Goin to the washroom like more time than I usually do. What's it? Please tell me?. And I am 21 years old and I feel what it could be.

Iam experiencing gerd like symptoms for the past one and half months first I took tablet with ecg everything is normal I became normal after three days then again after two weeks I got excessive burping with chest tightness and left arm pain again I went yo another doc I took tablets for two days then it is OK then again it started iwent to hospital like this I visited 4 doctors but still igot burping and left arm pain with chest pain and mild stomach pain with bloating and this bloating g os always occurred to me for the past four years after a meal then it became normal after motion so I'd ont know do you think it is gerd or heart attack or stomach can er

I have been bleeding through my stool for almost a month now...most of the time I experience constipation, my diet is mostly good but I don't hydrate as often. . There are also lump kind of around my anal area and the part also itches sometimes, it's probably haemorrhoids but I have been taking  sitcom forte tablet as prescribed by my physician but the moment I stop taking it the bleeding starts the next day.

Hello. I would like to consult you regarding an upset stomach. Last night, I had a veg-loaded pizza and a coconut shake. A few hours later, I experienced severe stomach pain followed by a bowel movement. I am still feeling a slight pain in my stomach now. I took one Sporolac tablet last night. Experiencing fullness indigeation for last 3-4 months. It gets worse with beer. Apettite geta reduced. At times when home cooked meal is eaten no alcholo everythibg seems okay. But resuming beer causes burning, heavinezs, discomfort reduced apettite and alight pain in middle of stomach. Additionally i have chronic constipation aince years . I have been already taking medication for diarrhoea but not with much result.doc has also given providac to have un empty stomach.can i have metrogyl about two hours post meal if i have providac in the morning? Secondly,what test is best to assess the entire small and larve intestines
