I started having watery loose stools with vomiting I was having sporlac-ds and metrogyl 400 My vomiting stopped and stool transformed from watery to mushy just like porridge with stomach cramps... It has been 5 days I took raw bananas boiled and gotu kala (thankuni) for home remedies however i am not completely on boiked food sometimes i take semi spicy foods like chicken curry and pastry ( but that is once or twice during these 5 days) What shall i do?

Hi doctor I'm suffering from fragmented peristalsis of esophagus what ever I eat it stuck in esophagus for over than 2hrs and make me to burp and bloating after that I need to vomit to relieve the gas pain without digesting all food comes back ,I tried all prokinetics which does not helped but one doctor told me to take calcium channel blockers diltiazem 30mg because it works on esophagus motility but I'm afraid to take because my BP is 100/70 ,I want to know can I take calcium channel blockers with out affecting BP

Hi, I have been diagnosed with Grade 1 fatty liver. Please suggest what I should do and if any medicine is required. My meal timings are not regular — sometimes I skip lunch and eat dinner late around 11 PM. Currently, I have started walking for 30 minutes daily and I’m taking beetroot, apple, and lemon juice. Please suggest if I should do anything more.

I've been having constipation and fatigue. No stomach pain or discomfort, just fatigue and constipation coz of which I have to spend more time in bathroom for complete evacuation Need to know the symptoms of intestine inflammation and the symptoms and effects of it and its treatment.

Today we cook bottlegourd with spices , take 50 gm or 1.5 tablespoon in plate with other food items , it feels lightly bitter , I eat it , I think it's due to spices like fenugreek. But after eating it I find eating bitter bottlegourd can cause death. Other family members is also eat this much quantity of that bitter bottlegourd. If it's poisonous how much time it take to show bad symptoms. If it's happen, is it give you time of 30-40 min to reach hospital.

I face eating issues sometimes when I eat I have to go to the washroom immediately it happens for few days or sometimes one or two days and next sometimes I feel after eating food why I have  eat and food and feel uncomfortable sometimes there is some pain or feeling in the stomach which keeps in rotating and rising and then slow down so maybe it is a gastric pain and usually it doesn't happen but yeah sometimes when it happens when it is very sometimes it feels that my stomach is blowing so I am very causes I am afraid of eating anything, I feel happiness at times not feel like a normal person

I had gastritis which was cured by the 5 day medicine course later after 10-15 days i again had problem where i had lost my appetite and not feeling like rating with stomach fullness which started on 21st october and i am still having this issue in between i also had acid reflux problem which is now ok after doctor gave medicine but i still have loss of appetite. My endoscopy reports are normal but there is some infection in my stomach still but i dont have any pain only loss of appetite and while i sleep i just have little heaviness in between pther than that i font have any other symptoms. I have been taking domstal and kabvie tablets since then Endoscopy was done on 5th nov and the it turned to be positive a day after it was done, so doctor gave me antibiotics almox 500 and lovoflox 500 which i have started 4 days before. I want to ask that can this swelling cause such loss of appetite? When will i regain my appetite as i just have lost my urge to eat also no taste to tongue.
