I was wondering if there exists any foreign substance (may be ultra small to noticeable size, hard or soft or blunt or with sharp edges or needle etc.. ) which if engulfed accidentally with food can stay forever in body that too without any symptoms .

I have developed a painful swollen lump near the anal opening. The pain is present while passing stool and I also experience pain even while passing gas. Sitting for long periods makes the discomfort more noticeable. I noticed the swelling recently and it is tender to touch. I have attached a photo of the affected area for reference. I would like to know what could be causing this pain and swelling, whether it requires an in-person examination, and what tests or treatment may be needed. I have started increasing my water intake and eating fiber-rich foods to keep my stools soft. I have not attempted any treatment other than maintaining hygiene. Please advise on the seriousness of this problem and whether I should consult a general surgeon or another specialist.

As soon as I drink water or eat something I'm getting burps immediately, getting stools daily but feels like incomplete evacuation and since 2-3 days my bp is around 95/65. My b12 is 155 Iron is 43 Hb is 11.5 Rbc 3.69 Calcium 7.81 ESR 26 Rest cbc, lft, kft, thyroid profile, lipid profile were fine. I took iron and b12 tablets for 20-25 days but there is no increment. I tested for celiac disease too but it's negative. What's causing this burp and low bp? Is it the gut issues or heart issue?

From last 5 years my alt and ast always high others are normal. I am suffering from stomach heat since 2 weeks. Hence I was prescribed sompraz dsr and acinil o. However post taking sompraz dsr I am having weakness and hand shakiness even after having food. This tablet composite of PPI esomeprazol. Does this can cause low bloody sugar in patient without diabetes. As these symptoms improve post having biscuits as per may observation for last 3 days. Please explain. As google show in rare cases it does lower blood sugar. I had my recent blood test. My HB, vitamin d, thyroid, fasting sugar and average glucose levels, all are normal.
