I have been monitoring my liver health since 2018 when I freshly detected with fatty liver grade 1 and raised SGPT SGPT Triglycerides levels and it was around - SGOT-65, SGPT-98 and triglycerides -250, now it's been more than 8 yrs and I am continue monitoring my liver health every 3 monthly and reports are almost same every time, now my Triglycerides are being raised always around 200-300 constantly, even after so much of exercise it is not coming down, I have bloating issues also, however I never went for any medicine to correct it so far, all I was doing is life style modification including exercise gym running and all. But all this didn't help much. Now I want to try the medicine to save my liver health. Kindly suggest any supplement or tablet to correct this. (I am an occasional drinker, that too beer only) Once in a month type.

My mother has advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) with metastases to the bones, lungs, and liver. She started Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) + Axitinib (Inlyta) back in March. The great news is that after just 1 cycle, her immense nerve compression pain stopped completely, so we know the treatment is doing its job. However, ever since her 2nd cycle, she has been experiencing debilitating episodes of immense stomach cramps and severe gas. During these flare-ups, she can barely eat. Our current management: We give her over-the-counter/prescribed gastric medicines. We temporarily stop the Axitinib for a few days during the peak of the cramps. After about 3–4 days of holding the Axitinib, the symptoms subside and she gets better, but then the cycle repeats once she starts back up. 20yo: Constipations/diarrhea/mixed stool, dark brown stool with  jelly mucus, mid-belly pain relieved by pooping, stomach/abdomen bloating, abdominal pressure pushes fluid to throat, empty-stomach milk causes diarrhea, 3-4 smoke puffs cause nausea/vomiting/mouth-liquid, brief anal burning during/after stool, back acne, past mouth peeling. Seen blood on my inner wear probably anal fissures Before these symptoms i was suffering from consistent constipation I have OCD also , which worse the gut  health When I smoke at night and wake up on morning , there is more mucus coming out than when i don't smoke

I have my stomach bloated almost all the time. Whether I eat or not eat, even if I drink water I get bloated or if I am hungry. Tried many diets (keto, low fodmap etc. by reading on the internet) but nothing seems to be helping it. My bowel movements are also not smooth in 1-2 go....I take almost 30min to completely feel satisfied. I lead a very active lifestyle (regular strength workouts and long distance running) and eat clean homemade food most of the time. These symptoms are for more than 3 years now. After some reading about my symptoms, I think I am having a SIBO. I need some time expert opinion here as to if SIBO is a possibility and if yes what's the typical treatment protocol. I was travelling for 4 days 13 june to 17June ... Daily slept around 2-3 am and woke up around 8am... Drank around 6 cans of mild beer in four days.and two cigarettes.. so now what I am experiencing is ..my mouth has become sour .. constant sour taste .. disturbed stomach.. a bit of pain stomach.. watery stools.. and a bit of dry cough.. little weak ness..

Recently got diagnosed with H Pylori and Chronic Mild Gastritis (endoscopy + D2 biopsy), RUT Test was completely red but after 12 hours.Symptoms - Had lack of appetite and Weight loss over 4-5 years.(~7 kgs). Doctor said I have mild H Pylori Infection but he wont give antibiotics cause I wont be able to handle it, so he gave probiotics. The report says Antibiotics avoided i/v/o mild gastritis and low bmi. I appreciate his diagnosis but I would like to know more.
