From last 2 days i am feeling pain above navel some time pain on higher some time normal pain also have loose motion 1 day back taken DSR and zenflox oz also pain killer but 3 rd day i also feel pain no loose motion

My son complains about stomach discomfort since the age of 3 yrs specially after either cheese or deep fried stuff,also feels neausea. He is  16 yrs old. Weight 53. Height 6ft 1 inch. Ultrasound done two years ago. It was normal but he has this issue. Also, it happens  in evening and he then tries to sleep and feels fine in the morning but stomach remain sensitive for couple of days there after.

I am suffering from pain when pooping, it's been 2 days that i have observed there's a blood in my stool first two are more like a drop or stain along with the poop but the 3rd one is like atleast 5 drops of blood along with the stool am aware that i drink very less water, aside from water intake can someone provide me help with this, do i need to buy stool softener? the pain is coming from anus tip, i don't have a fever, no stomach pain, just having a hard time to poop because of the pain even though i poop daily planning to go see a doctor after posting this and check your replies it'll be a great help for me thank you so much

I am getting some mild stomach pain after eating food & I am in anxiety for that it may be any serious problem

Can be gas. No loose motions. Pain in bottom side of stomach. Hurts more when i move. Stomach feels empty but cannot eat anything

Today morning I suddenly had fatigue after waking up with lose motions and vomiting. I also had fever yesterday but its reduced though theres loss of appetite and sleeplessness too. Even after I took medicines given by local hospital theres not much difference.

Have had papillary carcinoma back in 2018 and had thyroidectomy and radioactive iodine then itself, have been normal since then. Is it okay if I can start mounjaro for weight loss?
